Stay away!

I purchased a Philips PC monitor from Dustin.no, and when it arrived, the KVM function didn’t work as it should. I contacted Philips technical support, and after several troubleshooting attempts they concluded that the monitor was faulty and arranged a replacement. The replacement monitor arrived with the exact same issue.

Since then, the case has been dragging on for almost two months. Philips support barely replies to my emails and keeps me completely in the dark about the status of my claim. I have called them many times, explained that I cannot work efficiently with this monitor, and requested either a swift solution or a refund.

I have tried every solution they suggested, none of which worked, and I eventually formally requested a return and refund. However, Philips customer support has ignored my refund request for weeks without replying to any of my emails. Whenever I call, I’m simply told that my case has been “escalated,” yet no one responds or takes any action.

Extremely ignorant, unhelpful, and incompetent technical support.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Zero customer service

They offer you 15% discount for the first order in the Norwegian website if you sign up for the newsletter. After signing up with two different emails, no discount code has arrived. I really want to buy a couple of products but I feel scammed with this.
In addition, there is no phone number or email for customer service in the website.
Awful.

Never again.

I bought an air purifier from their Norwegian online store in November. UPS managed to sell them the wrong method of sending so it never got here. I was told I'd get the money back automatically, but instead their warehouse send out another air purifier and an e-mail in Dutch - I do not speak Dutch. I had also purchased an air purifier somewhere else. I again contacted customer service in Norway, who were as helpful as a dead skunk. Finally I had to contact North America to get an e-mail I could use. They are now - for the third time - telling me them money has been refunded in December, yet nothing has arrived in my bank account. I am very close to just reporting them to the authorities.
