Easy to use
It was so simple to go through the reordering process and booking in a consultation to check with a pharmacist. The customer care person was really friendly and helpful and there weren't any issues.

Takes too long for the prescription.
Takes too long for the prescription.. paid for next day delivery but was not fulfilled
And yes your correct we weren’t in on the first attempt… but it took far longer than I anticipated for your clinician to authorise the prescription… hence missing the post I had paid for using RM next day… I had to source the medication else where , and still arrived quicker than the service you offered… I too have copies of the times I filed for the prescription… very disappointed

Having reviewed your order, we can see it was placed on 3 August at 8:25 pm, which was outside our courier collection operating hours. Your prescription was then approved by one of our prescribers on 4 August and dispatched from our pharmacy on the same day.
Your order was dispatched using the Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service selected at checkout. Royal Mail made their first delivery attempt on 5 August; however, this was unsuccessful as there was no answer at the delivery address. Your parcel was then successfully delivered on 6 August. Please refer to your Royal Mail tracking for full delivery updates and confirmation of the attempted delivery.
We appreciate that waiting for medication can be frustrating. However, having reviewed the timeline, we can confirm that your order was processed promptly and dispatched using the next day delivery service you selected. Unfortunately, the delay in receiving your parcel was due to the unsuccessful delivery attempt rather than a delay in dispatch by Pharmulous.

Our records show that your order was placed, clinically approved and dispatched on 24 July 2026, the same day it was received. Royal Mail's tracking confirms that they attempted delivery on 25 July and again on 27 July, however both attempts were unsuccessful as there was no answer at the delivery address. The parcel was then made available for collection at your local Post Office, and following your request, a redelivery was arranged.
According to the latest Royal Mail tracking, your parcel is due to be delivered to your requested location today (5 August 2026). We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, however the delay was not caused by our dispatch process, as your order was processed and shipped promptly on the day it was placed. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, we are unfortunately unable to influence delivery attempts or reschedule them ourselves.
We hope your parcel reaches you successfully today. If you require any further assistance once it has been delivered, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
