Will happily take payment and then reject you for BMI scores although you already detailed your height and weight prior to the purchase. Didn't respond to complaint email, they obviously don't care. Avoid.

I placed an order a few days ago and was expecting my delivery the next day. It never came as I had inadvertently clicked on an extra letter in my email address. I have since confirmed my email but Pharmica are refusing to send out my delivery even though they have happily taken the money out of my account and are now asking me for my ID . There was no mention of ID being required and if this was necessary in order to purchase my tablets why did they take the money out of my account without any proof of ID. I am still waiting for a reply as to why ID is necessary ? They have taken my money and im left without my order!!! DONT ORDER WITH THEM

I have been taking Wegovy for a few months and saw the deal on this website so did all the paperwork and paid my money. They held up the order for no reason with stupid questions like why am I ordering 1.7 instaed of 2.4. Then took even longer to review again before just rejecting becuase my BMI is at 29. I told them all this in the original questions I get asked but they still took my money and took a week to reject. Absolute joke.
When I complained their customer service was awful, phones were ringing in the background and their phone lines were very quiet.
I will be avoiding at all costs and suggest you do too.

Order had to go through so many verifications. Once finally approved I still had to chase and was told it would be another few days as it needed a final clinical verification. It ‘should’ be sent 1-3 days after that. Customer service was fast and helpful so that’s the only reason for two stars.

No issues at all and delivered very quickly. Thank you.

Poor service. Ordered 3 boxes of 50 sachets of Movicol only yo he sent 3 x 30 boxes of sachets. Absolutely impossible firm to deal with over email. Failed to have offered any acknowledgement or any for if attempt to put order right. Do not order from this company. Angry is an understatement.

Give no stars, have ordered from them, and never received my item, emailed them still no response, absolutely shocking am out of pocket, I wished id read the reviews first, this company should not be allowed to scam people,

They helped me resolve a needed medical issue with great efficiency. I'm very satisfied with their help & quick response. I will be a loyal customer (if their website comes back online).

I checked their registration number 9012030 on the register of regulated UK Pharmacists - no record of them.

They delivered a completely different brand that was presented on the website. Since it’s medicine, such negligence is unacceptable. I choose the brands that I trust, but they send me cheaper or even faulty versions of them (I was afraid to try them).

Delivered a completely wrong product. Since it is medicine this kind of negligence is not acceptable.

Be very careful when you make an order in Pharmica. Instead of 2 boxes they have sent me one. I can’t do a refund because of their policy. Such disappointment, they are just scammers!

Somehow they got hold of my email address & signed me up for their spam newsletter, claiming I'm a customer.

They also claim to have 4.9/5 on Trustpoilot but check them out and that's a lie.

Will be reporting them to Trustpilot now.

Every order placed has had some sort of issue and never dispatched within the timeframe given. Always asking for further information then claiming it doesn't match their records - so their own records are wrong and inconsistent. Didn't bother to deal with an issue with my medication in a week, then waited to tell me they won't be sending it out. Leaving me with nothing and waiting another 2 weeks for a refund. Absolutely dreadful service from start to finish with really poor customer service and clearly no training whatsoever.

I ordered from Pharmica UK on a Thursday the 14th. Order accepted and Im given a tracking number. The next day I get an update saying my parcel was at my pick up point. That is fast as i live in northern ireland. I go up and its not there. Tracking number states it is. I contact Pharmica and ask them to check with royal mail. They also claim that the parcel is at my pick up point. On the Monday morning, the 18th, I go up and ask. Its still not there. I again contact Pharmica and ask them, as the sender to enquire with royal mail. After exchanging a few emails Pharmica claim that the parcel has been delivered to a house. They send me a link containing information from royal mail tracking. I immediately notice that the tracking number of this parcel is different from mine. Completely different. The parcel was delivered on the Friday to someone living in Lutterworth England. I point out to Pharmica that the tracking number is different and therefore its a different parcel. Their response was to claim that I had somehow diverted the parcel! It was a different parcel with a different tracking number sent to a different address in a different country of the UK! Pharmica are clearly rather inept and do not wish to accept responsibility for this. They basically claim I’m trying to swindle them by saying i diverted the parcel! Different parcel with a different tracking number that is. Id recommend avoiding this company as they seem incapable of admitting mistakes and would rather blame the customer.

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a period delay medication (very self explanatory), I paid extra for next day delivery as I needed the medication within a couple of days of my order. My order did not arrive, I used the tracking site which stated it had not been delivered but Jamilia at Pharmica kept telling me it had. I asked to be refunded after 4 days. I continued to chase this us for 2 weeks. A whopping 20 days later Jamilia at Pharmica told me my medication had finally been delivered and I could collect it. I have continued to explain that my order was for a period delay medication, this is of absolutely no use 20 days late and through no fault of my own!! I am now a month down the line, my emails are being ignored and I am still to receive a refund...

Ordered in plenty of time .should have arrived between Thursday to Saturday. Still nothing by Monday. Waste of time .Will not order again from these .nowhere to contact them either except email .rubbish
