Harassment of Senior Citizens. Failure to undertake medical deliveries on time is a breach of contract. Complaints not resolved. Overall Fail Grade.

They don't deliver on same day, i have placed order 9 days ago on 11 may, till now not delivered still wants me to wait for 2 days more, my order was prepaid,they approach me to buy unnecessary multivitamin and they deliver it very next day of placing the order. But they are unable to deliver my essential medicines.
When i tried to reach to the customer service they pretend not listening for 3 times imposing me to communicate with Ai and that ai was unable to understand my concern. I had a
pathetic experience of this app.kindly dont buy any essential medicines, they are fraud and do scams,i dont have trust even the medicine quality which deliver by pharmeasy.some time tablets are brittle,moist and broken

These are thugs , they give you false lab reports and play with your health

Fraud company, placed order on 11th may, it showed approx delivery time of 13th may, when ordered it showed 13th-15th may, order was not shipped till 15th morning, called customer care on 16th, they said order will be delivered to you by 17th, now today is 18th of may and now the tracking page showed 19th may delivery.

I am sure it will not be delivered on that day too.

Meanwhile they are not letting me cancel the order too

Very bad site , selling all damage medicine which are very dangerous for any one who is sick,i ordered medicine they first they had send so late and first day delivery person not came for delivery and when i complained no body take it seriously 2 day again no one came , 3 rd day they bought damaged medicine and when i tried to return they refused , they are frauds and sending expiry medicine and may be all medicines are fake also , don’t buy from them

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with Order ID 681336388306952192 (placed Feb 13, 2026). I ordered Thiosinaminum 3x (SBL) tablets, but I received the wrong medication, Thyroidinum 3X (Batch Nos: 0869594 & 0873541), on Feb 15 at 11:32 AM. I have followed up multiple times via email and phone, but PharmEasy customer service is refusing to process a return or a refund. Delivering the wrong medicine is a serious issue, and I request an immediate escalation and a full refund for this incorrect order.

I had a very disappointing experience with PharmEasy. I ordered medicines on 5th May with an expected delivery date of 9th May. Unfortunately, the delivery has already been rescheduled twice and is now pushed to 15th May.

Since the medicines were urgent, this delay is very frustrating. I also tried to cancel the order, but that option was not available. Customer support is equally disappointing - I called multiple times (over 14 attempts), waited for long durations, and still couldn’t connect with anyone.

Overall, this experience has been very poor. I would not recommend PharmEasy if you need timely delivery of medicines.

The doctor prescribed incorrect medicine, despite the correct diagnosis in the report and the prescription. I kept taking it for a month. When I complained, they said you should have told us one month ago! A patient who trusts their prescription is a fool. They expect patients to verify their doctors' prescriptions from chatgpt before buying the medicines.

Mera PharmEasy ke saath bahut hi bekar experience raha. Mene tablet order ki thi, lekin bina proper reason ke mera order cancel kar diya gaya. Customer support se bhi koi satisfactory response nahi mila. Pichle 1 saal se ye log bolte aa rahe hain ki service improve karenge, lekin abhi tak koi improvement nahi dikha.
Ye app customers ko sirf promises karke trap karti hai. Delivery aur order management bahut poor hai. Agar medicine urgent ho to is app par bilkul trust nahi kar sakte. Bahut disappointing service. Not recommended at all.

Pharmeasy Ref.698729750450434048-65238 I ordered & received medicines on 5th April26. My complaint was to collect my damaged medicine strip. The strip was so badly damaged that the person who came to pick up could not even scan the QR code on the medicine strip. Till today after nearly 3 weeks, replacement is not received nor credits in my account. I think I made a mistake by taking Pharmeasy's Plus membership. Public should stay away from Pharmeasy because one doesn't know if they're playing with one's life. I've stopped my next order.

This time I would give one star to pharmeasy.
My Mother who is a senior citizen had severe pain in chest bone as had an injury due to falling down. I ordered medicines for bone pain from pharmeasy because it was showing same day delivery . This was the only reason I ordered from there and also it was giving good discount. But the primary reason that it was delivering on same day. Few medicines were mine also for some different purpose.
One of my medicines was coming along with my mothers medicines. And the rest of them were showing delivery date after two days.
I had no problem with that because I was satisfied that my mothers medicines were coming on same day.
When I checked Pharmeasy app it delayed more the time of delivery but as it was an express delivery so its was shown that it will definitely reach on that day. I kept on waiting for medicines. Then I called the customer care and the executive told that due to my medicine as it was not in stock the medicines of my mothers are not being dispatched. So if I will cancel that medicine then rest will reach. On the basis of this information I asked them to cancel my medicine. Even I requested escalations that as they have promised to deliver the medicines today only I will wait till end of the day. Although escalations did not promise but said they will try. I told them they are showing a false delivery date to customer to mislead them. And finally the medicines were not delivered on that day even when they had cancelled my medicine.
The delivery person delivered it next day in late afternoon. Then I ordered my mothers medicines from some other online pharmacy which was giving those at a bit high price from pharmeasy but showing delivery on same day . Then I got them within 5 to 6 hours from that online pharmacy.
Then I returned the medicines from pharmeasy as they were of no use to me.
So I can say that pharmeasy made a false promise and my mother suffered because of delay in delivery of medicines. Therefore if anyone wants some medicines urgently then please think again as it is highly possible that pharmeasy will not fulfill promise of delivery of medicine on same day.

I order a medicine for price a and paid for it. Post 10 hours recieved a text again the medicine price is now updated and additional charges has been applied which I need to pay again. I ordered the medicine asper the app, your price system was not upto date in you database during the cart payment process time you could have simply showed the correct price while ordering or should have out stocked medicine in your app this is unethical practices and fraud pice for salling medicine after all fees and taxes. Sending a msg the price has been updated post your order at fixed price, sad experience.

I understand delays but why do these people keep extending the delivery date by one day each time I complain? From 14 to 15 --16--17--18--19? Who do they think they are fooling? And then these guys have no shame in offering me a discount of Rs 300 if I accept the package? For life-saving drugs? To buy me for 300? To hell with you guys who have no morals to treat a customer the way you do with your standard replies, more often than not, by your recorded messages. Apologies and apologies without any substance. Who cares for their apologies? How shameful.

Pathetic , fraud don’t ever order from them. They should be put in jail for running fraud business. 6 times from the day of delivery they have kept on delaying and moving 2 days every time fro delivery , it’s not 16 days instead of 3-4 days initially promised.

Worst customer service and wont recoomend anyone purchasing here

Misguiding the patients.physiotherapist also u given doctor prefix.then what about doctor consultation.physiotherapist is not a doctor,they are therapists.please don't misguide the patients.

My son booked from his mobile number 9819898596 for my wife Kalpana ,but the reports were wrong even the standard range values were totally wrong ,the ranges shown for all tests were same , just like " Copy Paste" . I myself & my son made complaint and ask to refund the Charges paid to them or to do resampling & test but they didn't arrange either for retest not refunded the charges. Being the professional but they didn't resolve my problem.Hence I am suggesting all not to book any pathology test from Pharmeasy. They are not reliable at all.

Very very very bad experience
After explaining at least 4 to 5 persons about what is wrong in my test they still told they will arrange a call but never got a call and without even calling me they have updated from their side that customer is not receiving call

Hopeless , careless company, don't have such common sense that this app is regarding life emergency medicines and not grocery that they think can delay 5 days after full payment in advance, no personal helpline, will have pass from horrible automated complaint solving to even talk to their customer care executives, even after telling them medical emergency still app updates daily status saying today medicine will be delivered but no delivery since 6 days after promised next day delivery by paying express delivery charge, hopeless app, hopeless executives.
