Incredibly fast customer service - within less than 7 hours on a weekend, my issue was resolved and a replacement part was shipped. Seriously impressed!

I have always had great customer service and received extremely prompt responses for all my queries. I have used the product successfully for a number of years and as I suffer from Peyronies can truthfully say that phallosan has helped me enormously. I have gone from a 30degree bend to just about straight. I highly recommend phallosan and will continue to use it.

I cannot understand the good reviews. This... object is IMPOSSIBLE to wear. The "protection sleeve" cannot be used if you are uncircumcise and also the penis keeps slipping out of the bell (and I'm not small).
It's a scam.

Pleasant and very professional Customer service

We spoke over the mail about shipping and eventual additional costs that may apply due to a Customs of my Country, which is, as far as I can tell for now, a care for the customer. After mine approval they said it will be shipped today.
I see a lot of bad reviews here, and still I put my order. I tend to believe a seller that has a Trust Pilot reviews since they cannot be edited. I have never had bad experience so far with such sellers.

When I first started, I did not had high expectations, however already after 4 weeks I started to notice first results which motivated me to keep training. Customer support is fast in resolving any issue I had. Thank you Phallosan!

Any time someone writes SCAM or some explosive pissed off review take with a grain of salt. Also watch the "one inch in three months" commentary. I have been using this for about two-three years now and can tell you the first 3 months or so, I did measure a .25 gain in length. That was a first time number for me and I have measured myself for many years and never once hit that number and my weight has been ten pounds of my high school weight for decades. That was wearing it about 6-8 hours a day, maybe 6 days a week. I have since developed ED (from low T, not the device and am 58 years old) so my measuring has not since lived up to telling me an accurate read if I have gained more or not but I still wear it a good 4-6 hours a day, 4 days a week. The only issues I have with it is the cost of replacement sleeves which are like $30 each for a $1.50 condom of sorts and with shipping to the USA its close to $50 for one! They can and do wear out so best to buy maybe three or so once you know your size and save the shipping. I almost went to penimaster as been hearing great reviews about it but rather just spend more on sleeves than another $350 on a new system that will probably mimic similar results.

Been using it for some months with much fun. Good products and twice had a really good experience with their support staff.

It's been 3 months now and I'm really happy with the results. I've gained an inch in length, while also being able to last longer. It's worth every cent!

Avoid PhalloSCAM like the plague.

I wish I could give the Phallosan scammers negative stars. The product came with no instruction manual, and the one I found online was poorly written and confusing. "Customer service" is a joke.

I couldn't get this thing on for the life of me, so I reached out for a refund because it was within 14 days.

Phallosan denied my refund, saying they can only refund $20 because the product was used.

The exact quote, "Sir, this is not just a t-shirt that you can just return sir." Yeah, exactly. That's what you're going to be dealing with if you are foolish enough to purchase this crap.

I immediately contacted AMEX, told them I was scammed and they refunded me the $379. The next day I get email from Phallosan saying they are processing a second $379 payment and charging my card AGAIN without my consent or permission. Had to call AMEX to block payments and change my card.

Also, for like the 20 or so minutes this product (which looks like a medieval torture device) stayed on, it caused bruising on my penis.

Do you want to be like that reviewer who gave this BS product 1 star because it permanently mutilated his penis?

The FDA never approved this product.

The positive reviews are fake.

Look, I know you want an extra 1-1.5 inches in growth. Who doesn't?

But this company and product are a straight up SCAM preying on people just like you. Don't give these scammers your hard earned money, be smarter than that.

You've been WARNED. Buy this garbage at your own risk and know that you won't be able to return it for a refund after opening it and realizing it doesn't fit or work.

Poor quality, for the device to the sleeves. Have now replaced two foam rings as they keep breaking and now the belt clip. Better, more affordable vendors out there. Do your research.

The company does not have an effective customer service. The pump only suits men with extremely small penises and is clearly over priced for what it is. I would avoid this company at all costs and use the Penomet pump

Bad service I put ordered to this company, and I check it up with them they received my money but they not starting process yet, I check it up in next day they said they have issued about shipping department I was doubt about phallosan forte, I've been looked all the review the review so far were good but behind of those idk it was fake, fraud or real ? idk , to be honestly i call them back and need to cancel my order but the men who is talking to me is rude when i tried to take it back my order from them but I get my money back, my point is read all review before you buy the product some of the company are fake are good so be smart to buy online, advertise and expected Totally deferent

Ordered extras twice they do not send you the product, complete scam, not even one star.

Really bad service, I have sent them many many emails they never answer emails, I have a faulty pump although it's the only pump they send with the kit, so the entire kit is useless without it. I definitely don't recommend this product.

The belt does not fit me at all, I reached out to Phallosan and still nothing!
