Buyer beware! Ordered the forte. Took forever to ship along with repeated excuses from the company. Upon arrival, one of the protector tips was missing. Parts appeared to be dry rotted. Immediately upon putting sleeve on cup, it ripped all the way up and was unusable. Was able to use about 5 times and the vacuum mechanism failed and will not maintain suction in cup. Claims a 2 year warranty, product didn’t last two weeks. Another scam to take your money.

Very impressed with the customer service, product quality and results. I purchased PF back in February 2025 and needed some sleeves. I committed to wearing PF 10-12 hours 6 days a week and that’s a lot of wear and tear on the equipment. Frequent washing, stretching and overnight use. I tore one sleeve due to my own impatience, another developed a hairline crack in the seam, and the other sleeves provided were too small and cut off circulation and the others too big and won’t hold suction overnight. For me, the M was just right. I’m a prostate cancer survivor and had a 20 degree curve from PD. The curve is barely noticeable and I’ve gained 2 inches in length, both placid and erect. I’ve gained just under an inch in girth. The PF app keeps me motivated and on target for my personal goals. I’m at just under 1200 hours since beginning my journey with PF. In my purchase of spare M sleeves I decided to purchase the PF+ and customer service took my 2 separate orders and combined them saving me shipping costs. Fast, efficient and professional service.

Great product, it works. Once you learn how to properly use it, you don't damage the parts. They've shown good customer service.

I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first. The payment was by e-transfer, which felt sketchy, but to their credit, it went through with no issues. The device arrived in less than a week, all the way from Germany, which was impressive. The packaging was very discreet—my wife almost opened it. I told her no but nosey, incase she did it said it was "athletic gear" (as it was labelled). Luckily, the surprise isn’t blown yet.

When I first unboxed it, it looked complicated. But after downloading the Phallosan app, it all made sense. The app has lots of videos and guides, which really helped. It even prompted me to take measurements so I could track my progress properly. For transparency: flaccid measurements can vary wildly depending on the day (cold weather, nerves, etc.), so those are useless, but I got consistent numbers over a few days on stretched and erect. My starting points:

Erect length: 17 cm
Stretched length: 17.5 cm

Erect girth: Between 12.75 cm and 13.5 cm depending on measurement location and how hard I squeeze
Stretched girth: 9.75 cm

When I tried the device, I quickly realized the sizing stencil was a bit off. It suggested Small or Medium, but Small was definitely not going to work. This is one thing they could explain better in the video. Even Medium is tight—I can manage for now, but if I gain girth, I might need to size up or I’ll risk damaging it trying to get it off. After 4-5 hours in I can't get out comfortably.

The belt, pump, and condom sleeve system isn’t too hard to figure out after watching the videos. Pro tip: roll the sleeve over a bit and let it stretch—it helps. Using talc or baby oil can reduce friction and chafing. The suction and tension on the skin take some getting used to. Early on, I could only handle about 4–5 hours before I had to take a break (which you’ll need to anyway if nature calls).

Results so far:

Girth: Immediate gains. Honestly, I don’t know if it’s swelling, increased blood flow, or both, but I saw about a 0.2-cm increase on day one and about 0.3 cm now 13.7cm morning wood - by the end of week one. Whether that’s permanent? Too soon to say, but noticeable. From what I can see I think Grith might not get much significant in more gains so quick but I think there will be some slight increase going forward if length goes as advertised.

Length: I’m tracking for the promised 1.9 inches (~4 + cm) in 6 months. I may already have a 0.1 to 0.2-cm in erect size increase (17.2cm), but it’s early and might be a temporary effect. I’ll update as I go. Same with stretched. 17.7cm so thinking this is real. I assume the tendon is just stretched and allows it for now and it's not new size, tbh. It's something to note though.

No real complaints so far. I’m literally writing this during my lunch break at my desk while wearing the device—so yes, it’s workable for daily life in the right situation. See you in less than 6 months.

Results as of March 17, 2026

I’ve used the device an average of about 4.5 hours per day for well over six months. I have had some extended breaks at times 1 week to 10 days or so. I also had one nasty blistering that I needed to heal. I use the glands cap and have moved to the big cup.

The results I've measured over six + months:

My erect size has increased from about 17.2 cm to 17.8 cm at maximum hardness — roughly a 0.6 cm gain. It's barely noticeable from my perspective, but my unknowing partner has mentioned once or twice that she genuinely said she felt I was bigger and related it to something else that was going one as I still do this in secret.

Stretched length increased from about 17.7 cm to just over 19 cm, which is a gain of roughly 1.3 cm. This one is undisputed proof this does work to an extent.

From what I’ve read in the research, this seems to fall within the typical range reported for traction devices. Most studies suggest stretched length increases more than erect length, which matches what I’ve seen.

Girth has not measurably changed. It sometimes appears thicker visually, but the tape still measures around 13–13.5 cm fully erect. TBH closer 13cm is where I am at 9 times out of 10.

I typically wear the device 5–8 hours per day I use it - which is about five days a week. Most times I increase tension into the red zone, and I’m still experimenting to see whether higher tension actually helps or becomes counterproductive. I don't go to levels where it's totally uncomfortable

At this point I suspect I’ve already achieved most of the gains that traction can produce, but I plan to continue using it to see if additional improvement is possible. I'd like to get to a 19cm erection.

One other thing to note, I would not recommend the rod expander. It's flimsy. Granted, I might be bigger than average joe, so I went straight to the larger rods. Literally right to the end to get to the full stretch, but it hurts, it's pressure on the pubic bone and testes.

I purchased this product with the intent on correcting curvature. I read every review I could find online about the company. And I have to say I am very happy I chose them.

Product itself is very good. In my particular case, I had some trouble in the beginning and their support team along with their videos were extremely helpful. Patience is a virtue that can bring excellent results with this product.

I don’t generally leave reviews, however, I think it would be helpful for anybody that has a similar perspective to mine.

To start, I am not a small man, and in terms of size I am above average. As mentioned above, I purchased the product to help with curvature. As a happy result, my girth has increased very much noticeably, I would say at minimum 30%. My length has also increased, surprisingly for me in a relatively short period of time. Half an inch increase with less than average use. Which I will explain next.

I have a very busy and incredibly active lifestyle and career. the only time I get to use the device is before work or after work. My days are a minimum of 10 to 12 hours long. therefore I found for me that using it during either of those or both of those time slots in shorter spans of 2-5 hrs at a time has worked well. I began using phallosan forte with Leg strap the last week of January 2025 and Id say I’ve used the tool a total of 44-50 times. (Will continue using to add another inch)

This has also helped me regain hard and long lasting erection. I’m sure most men will agree that this is a very happy bonus haha

I started slowly, with light tension. I highly recommend this approach. Low and slow.

Once my system became accustomed to the stretch, I feel really good at medium to high intensity (red) stretch for no more than five hours. And it is not on the red for the entire time. I would also take several days off in between, simply because of time restraints.

Honestly, this is a great product, and the people behind it so far seem incredibly passionate about helping men.

The material quality is great. The sleeves, the cups, the silicone ring, all good. I did not even use it for 1 month and the pump broke down. It wouldn't create a vacuum, so customer service is sending me a replacement one, which I'm grateful for.
They also answered all my questions pertaining to how to use it correctly, besides what's covered in their videos.

About the device:
You don't really know how much tension (in force units or the like) is being applied to your penis based on the colors. For Penis Enlargement purposes, it would be nice to know the tension ranges in the green, yellow and red colors as you can't keep track of the exact tension you're using to apply progressive overload.

Also, for me at first, it was quite hard to roll the sleeve up to the bell after finishing using the device, and it can hurt the glans a little bit when you roll the sleeve condom up your shaft to then remove it. After a while I got used to it however. Also, after 8 h of use, you're likely to get edema below the glans in your foreskin.

And a suggestion for people wondering: it's best to get yourself erect to correctly put the protector cap over your glans fully. Lose the erection and then start stretching.

As far as length gains: I used it for about 3 weeks and didn't notice any erect length gains. It takes more time than this of course. Don't expect quick gains.

Great comfortable traction device
After traying a number of traction devices, I must admit that Phallosan forte is THE BEST (Not tried Phallosan Plus yet)
Easy to use for long hours even night time. Comfortable and very discrete. You can wear it and go for a walk, shopping , even running.
