Very disappointed with Pet Urns New…

Very disappointed with Pet Urns New Zealand. Ordered an urn for our recently lost boy cat called Tabby. We waited 2 weeks and never received the urn. When I queried the delay I was basically told to wait. When it still had not arrived after 3 weeks, I asked for a refund and I was again told to wait. The postage was supposed to be 5-7 days. Its been 25 working days now and still no urn, no refund, no answers. I do not recommend this company as they are not even a New Zealand company going by the closer examination of their website. Gibraltar is where they are based yet claim to be a New Zealand company. Misleading and failed to supply the item i purchased. No refund given, I lost my beloved boy Tabby and now I'm out of pocket to boot. Not a happy customer.

Peturns.co.nz is NOT a New Zealand…

Peturns.co.nz is NOT a New Zealand based company, they are in Gibraltar.
One month after ordering (not 5 - 7 days as stated on the web site), the urn arrived. They do not provide tracking as they send via snail mail.
The writing on the urn is crooked and it's very average quality (I've seen similar on Temu for $12) for the $92 I paid.
Very disappointing at a very sad time.

Don’t bother

The website states dispatch within 48 hours and delivery in 5-7 working days. I received confirmation of shipping within 2 days as stated then didn’t receive my order until 18 working days later. The quality of the product is average, the photo is low quality and the urn itself is poorly made. There is no way to leave a review on the website and the other reviews on there seem to be fake. If I wasn’t so upset after losing my pet I probably would have looked a bit closer.
