Stay far away from this insurance!
Worst insurance I've ever experienced. They advertise with covering the costs for castration but they don't pay anything. We had our female dog castrated and called before we went to the vet. They said they gonna cover the costs after the "Selbstbehalt" is full.
The surgery was a bit more than 1000CHF but they didn't cover anything. It's a waste of money. Stay far away from them!
We sent in an invoice for sterilization, only to be told they are not covering it. It states on the information that they do, not the whole amount but a portion. After your self payment is paid. Hopeless!!!!
