Why am I receiving this survey when the products haven’t shipped yet and I haven’t received my order? I ordered a full week ago and live in Amsterdam and there have been zero updates

I ordered 3 leashes, because this store has been the only one to sell one special edition leash for a decent prize. The shipping was fast and the packaging lovely.

No response to 3 emails over one week. No other point of contact. I inquired about sizing. They used to have an explanation about this on their site but no more, at least I can't find it.

Overall I had a good experience with the shop.
My purchased wasn't shipped on the same day as stated on the website. When I asked for an update and for the tracking code communication was easy with the chat bot. Goods were shipped the next day.
I'd definitely buy again :)

I ordered 2 food bowls, 1 toy and poop bags. The time it took them to send it to me took longer than the time they specified on their website, so I've send them an email asking when they'd send it. I didn't get a reply but a day later I received a track and trace code, so I didn't make an issue about being ignored.

When I received the parcel, one of the food bowls was missing, so I went to contact Pets Amsterdam again by mail (unfortunately you can't call them). I wanted to inform them that 1 of the bowls was missing (I ordered 2 of the same, so they probably overlooked that I ordered it twice and instead only put one in my parcel) and that I wanted to return the complete parcel. This last message was 5 days ago and they haven't replied to me since.. Now I look at their website and see they'll be on holiday from tomorrow on, so I won't be expecting a reply for the next few weeks either.

Very poor communication and order management! It seems like they intentionally ignore me. I'm honestly afraid that I won't get my money back at this point.. Never had such a bad experience with any webshop before.

SO CUTE! The collar and leash I purchased came with a little surprise - a matching playlist! AND EVEN BIGGER SURPRISE - the playlist was actually really good! The leash and collar are also great quality, the smallest size was perfect for my mini dachshund puppy.

This was my second time ordering some nice gear for my two dogs from Pets-Amsterdam and they were yet again super quick, the products are strong and the selection is great. Always love the personal touch of the handwritten note, too!

Really nicely designed products from zee.dog and others. Also the service is outstanding. A harness that turned out to be too big was exchanged without hassle. Very positive experience!
