I ordered 3 leashes

I ordered 3 leashes, because this store has been the only one to sell one special edition leash for a decent prize. The shipping was fast and the packaging lovely.

Good experience

Overall I had a good experience with the shop.
My purchased wasn't shipped on the same day as stated on the website. When I asked for an update and for the tracking code communication was easy with the chat bot. Goods were shipped the next day.
I'd definitely buy again :)

Very poor communication and order management!

I ordered 2 food bowls, 1 toy and poop bags. The time it took them to send it to me took longer than the time they specified on their website, so I've send them an email asking when they'd send it. I didn't get a reply but a day later I received a track and trace code, so I didn't make an issue about being ignored.

When I received the parcel, one of the food bowls was missing, so I went to contact Pets Amsterdam again by mail (unfortunately you can't call them). I wanted to inform them that 1 of the bowls was missing (I ordered 2 of the same, so they probably overlooked that I ordered it twice and instead only put one in my parcel) and that I wanted to return the complete parcel. This last message was 5 days ago and they haven't replied to me since.. Now I look at their website and see they'll be on holiday from tomorrow on, so I won't be expecting a reply for the next few weeks either.

Very poor communication and order management! It seems like they intentionally ignore me. I'm honestly afraid that I won't get my money back at this point.. Never had such a bad experience with any webshop before.

We are so sorry about the mix up with your order and the delay in getting a return label sent to you.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with our email system, which lead to some emails being incorrectly marked as spam. This has now been resolved. We have followed up with our distribution partner to ensure items are correctly packaged.
