We send all previews via email within 24 hours from support@pawstudio.eu. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us—we’re always happy to help. Our turnaround time is always quick, with a maximum of 48 hours.

What feels truly unfair is receiving a 1-star review without any communication from you, simply because of an automated TrustPilot email. Many people exploit our free previews, and to protect our work, if this isn’t resolved, your email attached to this order may be blacklisted from our partner platforms that also offer free previews.

We believe in fairness and are always open to feedback—let’s resolve this the right way. Please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.
