We love it here!

We have been coming to Pet Paradise for about 3 years now doing both regular daycamp and boarding for our Husky, Jack. He loves it so much he never wants to come home. We have come to know so many of the sweet staff members who take great care of Jack and I but Erin in particular has gone so far out of her way to help us. She always sees our needs and helps us before we would ever think to ask and we trust her with our baby like she’s family. Thank you Erin for loving our Jack!

Bad experience!

Bad experience!! If you want to pay and your dog are lock in a room all day! one day them just put my puppy just 30 min to play time in all day! Plus longer potty break, and then forgot to gave her the toys I gave them! She was so sad and boring! charge us 89 dollars for late pick up! And the bath them add in the package I really doubt they do it! She was smelling horrible! And come back with diarrhea and howling at night! She take two days to adapt again to our home! was so sad! never come back!!

Truly the worst care!!!!

I only awarded a star because the manager Brianna was wonderful. The rest of the experience including the care was terrible. I had no clue my dog was living in filth and not getting their food or I would have returned early! All 3 of my dogs had a terrible experience. My smallest dog had am and pm baggies of food with special ingredients of freeze dry easy to serve meals for a perfect balance and I got back 3 pm bags and he was there for 4 nights so he didn’t get his food. He is a great eater and only gets a little bit as it is. This was disheartening to me. My 2nd dog was a shy large dog that they knew about and we got her an indoor outdoor suite so she wasn’t forced to leave to relieve herself. They brought her out covered in her own poop. They said “she has poop all over her we can give her a bath if you want to wait”, then my 3rd dog who was out playing on occasion with the others came out shy and reserved (not like the outgoing puppy I dropped off) they handed me an armload of blankets we brought and one of them had pee dripping off of it! It was absolutely soaking wet with urine. Oh and just a little something I noticed while being glued to the web cam…. If your dog isn’t there for daycare, they are only outside for about 40 min a day in playtime!!!! I watched the cameras one day all day long while on my vacation. I’m in the pet care industry and if I did half of these things that I experienced to my clients dogs I would be out of business. This was a horrific experience and no dog should live like that and have the negligence that mine did.

This was my Kitty's first boarding…

This was my Kitty's first boarding experience and I can't say enough positives about Pet Paradise's staff on patiently acclimating her to the new surroundings. The staff instantly recognized Aqua's stress and kept her calm and comfortable. I'm going to plan some day boarding so she becomes familiar with the Pet Paradise experience that will make overnights easier.

This place stole the internet search

This place stole the internet search for 'pet paradise' a bunch of other people have businesses called 'Pet paradise' that are not even shown because of your business. We are not trying to complain but simply want people to be able to find our business without having to ask for a address or phone number. Sorry for the complaints but I needed to be honest, other than that this is a pretty good business,Sincerely,Another 'Pet paradise'Owner.

The staff didn't provide the services…

The staff didn't provide the services that were ordered and I was still charged. When trying to call, after an hour with their call center music, they had still had not answered the phone. There is NOT a direct number to reach the location but only call center in Florida. I do NOT recommend Pet Paradise if you want to have updates about your pet or contact a live person. This is not safe for your pet.

0 STARS!!! RUN!!!! DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE!

0 STARS - RUN!! DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE!!! READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS as they are all true! Had two horrible experiences in a row when boarding my dog at this location - both times left me in tears while out of the country on vacation.
THEY DO NOT GET THE ALL DAY PLAY you pay for!! Both times I paid extra for my dog to have all day play and after watching their webcams the entire morning and afternoon, I noticed that my dog hadn’t been out all day. I called and got the runaround and after demanding to speak with a manager she told me that there was a “mix up in the paperwork about him having the all day play”. He had been sitting in a kennel the entire day! When I picked him up the manager insisted that that would never happen again (LIE). The next time I boarded him, the EXACT same thing happened. He never got the play time I paid for because of a “mix up in the paperwork.” They tried to lie and tell me he had gone out to potty but when I told them I had been watching the cameras for the previous 3 hours and that was not true they changed their statement and said that he hadn’t been out because he had just eaten.

BEWARE - if you don’t watch the cameras all day I can guarantee you dog will not get what you paid for. This place is super SHADY! Don’t believe me, read the 1 star reviews that all sound eerily similar to my experience. I had to call a friend and have her pick my dog up half way through our trip because I felt uncomfortable with him being there any longer!

Warning to cat parents!!!

This may only apply to the resort in Greenville, SC, but should serve as a warning to anyone who intends to board a cat. They have a beautiful facility that is set up for dogs with play areas, pool, etc. It is the Ritz-Carlton of doggy day and overnight care. In a corner in the front of the building are a few two level cat condos. I recently left my cat for 8 days. Now I admit I was nervous to start with as I've never left her more than a couple days. She has stayed there before for a night or two with little problem.
This time there was nothing but. Misty is an only child, about 1.25 y/o, and can get spooked depending on how you handle her. I explained, I gave a comfort toy for the cage (which was left in the bag) and treats and said they usually distract her. The treats were untouched.
This was a business trip for my husband that I was along for the ride, so other than part of Sat/Sun I was laser focused on the webcam in their cat room. In 8 days I saw her out only once. No one interacted with her. I often saw her with her nose pressed to the glass looking out at everyone. I'm hundreds of miles away, and they hardly ever answer their phone. I was told to email them. They did answer my emails, but it didn't explain what I was seeing.
Their side of the story is that she was hard to handle, hissed, batted her paw about - I spent $30 a day, for which I supplied everything but litter. I did expect that they were trained to handle cats at that price point. But they are not. You're paying for the dogs' pool.
My reason for posting this is to warn other cat owners that if you need to board your baby for more than a night or two, get Rover or a friend to come to your home. I only boarded my baby because she's a people cat and I thought she'd get time to exercise and play, some human interaction, an occasional treat... you know - love! All the love at Pet Paradise goes to the dogs...

This vet location is a joke worst…

This vet location is a joke worst service in all of there locations . Their vet techs and doctors are unqualified, no compassion or sympathetic gestures, and don’t know the meaning of customer service. They are rude and not aware of what’s going on around them , they need proper training . They provide you with the info they need to give not the full info . Be on the look out to spend more since they don’t take the time to go thru info carefully or review it fully with clients . Suprises and mis information at every turn with this location. Then they want to put you on hold when they think you are muted and you hear them talking about you while u wait . Unprofessional and well not worth it .

I had a disappointment with this place

I had a disappointment with this place. I had booked my dog's lodging days in advance. On the appointed day, I had a few minutes delay in arriving and when I got out of the car with my dog, a receptionist ran and transported the entrance door, right in my face. So I just stood there, knocking on the door because I couldn't believe she had actually done it. I knocked on the glass door several times and no one answered me, not even to say that I couldn't do anything. I missed my local weekend trip, and I lost the money I had paid on my lodging. I really can't understand it to this day, this situation, I've never seen anything like it in my entire life. There was another person inside, who passed by the reception, came and went, without even looking at me, who was there with my little dog, I wait for at least a word. These two girls ran from the reception to the store without even giving me the right to explain the reason for the delay. These people who were there were literally running out of more work. They refused to answer me, literally. Closing a door right in front of me. I'm still not believing all this. Worst cause of them, financial and emotional damage.

Inconsistent standards at a decent price

I've been a customer for almost a year now, just out of necessity. Their staff is friendly, but they choose what services are available based on some indiscernible standard. I have only been able to schedule boarding because their team is either too booked, short on personnel, sick, or not working, no matter what time of the week I visit. I suggest avoiding this place if you don't have a designer pet or need any special care for your pet.

PET PARADISE FT. MYERS

PET PARADISE, FT. MYERS, FL
What a wonderful place! From the second you park, the outside is maintained very well, which sets high expectations. Walking in, it’s so clean and cared for inside and you are instantly happily greeted by associates. They made me feel right at home and like my fur baby and I were already family. The associates are wonderful, and management is exceptional! I knew within the first minute of being there that my baby was in great hands. They answered every one of my questions and they helped set up my profile efficiently. The check-in and check-out processes are quick and easy. They really strive to meet all of your baby’s needs and to give them a clean, safer and very loving environment. Getting to watch my pup on the cameras was so fun! They call with any questions or concerns to get your best advice if a problem arises and immediately take action. There is a vet on-site all day as well, so you don’t have to worry about getting there quickly and getting a vet appointment in. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations and my baby gets SO excited to come back. Thank you!

Awesome Service…Peace of Mind!

We moved away a year ago and decided to drop our dogs off for boarding on our way to Charleston. It was so good to see familiar faces! What another great experience with Pet Paradise at Charlotte Airport. Gave a peace of mind leaving our new 8 month old puppy. Both dogs were happy with tails wagging. Thank you for years of consistent awesome service! Lucky to have you in Charlotte!

My first experience with the Bonita…

My first experience with the Bonita Springs location groomer was a disaster. I paid for full grooming, but when I picked my dog up it was clear he wasn’t bathed because he had dried poop hanging. He is a furry breed, so it was clear he didn’t receive a cut on his face, neck, legs or lower body. Those areas were never touched . The only part of his body that was cut was his back, which was very uneven and looked chopped up. I complained to the manager that I was very disappointed with the grooming. She agreed my dog wasn’t groomed properly and would refund my fee, but regional office would need to approve. I still have not received a refund and I had to take my dog to another groomer to have him properly groomed and fix the mess they made of my dog. I would never trust this facility to groom him again.

If you want a wet pet

If you want a wet pet, this is the place to get it. I took my puppy to Pet Paradise (not paradise) due to me and my husband selling our home and moving we need him(Chase) to stay) somewhere while we move so, we chose that location. We usually go to the camp creek location. After a 3-night ad-day stay, I paid for a nail trim and bath, but I got a WET puppy with no nail trim, and he was so cold he was sneezing from being cold. I don't have a problem paying the fees but damn dry the puppy off. The location is nice, but the service sucks like a WET puppy.
