I started my interest in pet joy products for my girlfriend's 14 year old Labrador. I ended up getting the hip and joint for him, the Balance probiotics for her 3 year old lab mix and the Thrive vitam... See more

Never trust Pet Joy.

Never trust Pet Joy. I responded to an ad for "try a 30 day supply of pro biotics for FREE" only pay for shipping of $6.95, I also noted to "the call within 20 days to opt out" of a never ending charge for refills, language to that end. How Pet Joy can rip you off? simply give them a payment choice and they will charge you non stop. The lady I spoke with said she would take me off their list as on going customer and not to worry. I responded to the ad on Jan 2, on Jan 3rd as I finally figured out how they charged me the $6.95 shipping I found that I had used Pay Pal and they had placed the charge of $96.95 instead of $6.95, they made the charge the day after I agreed to pay the original shipping charge of $6.95, How they changed it to $96.95 was simply add a 9 before the 6 and the rip off began, then again in August 29th I found they had again charged me $96.95. I complained to Pay Pal and I am still trying to prove to them, even showing the original papers that I printed so Pay Pal is just as bad as Pet joy but that will be another one for Trust Pilot. I packaged the 6 containers of Pro Biotics and sent them back to Pet Joy with a tracking number and proof of shipment. The pack of 3 came before the one container of the Free pro biotics and that one I opened and gave to my dogs and they both sniffed it and walked away. We use a different brand as they love the brand we use but Pet Joy Products Stunk like stale cubes and are smaller than the ones we get through Amazon. Do not trust Pet Joy and if they do not return our money I will continue going to Trust Pilot and continue with bad reviews.

-0 if it was an option

-0 if it was an option. I ordered the free trial. Then 3 months later when there was money in the account they hit me for $100. The dogs didn't like them hard to feed it to them and they didn't work. I got a snotty guy on the phone. Customer service sucks. Anyway they sent my refund to a closed checking account. Told me I had to go to the bank and get something from the bank stating that my refund was returned to Petjoy. I called the bank they laughed at me they don't do that. I called pet joy back, the nasty customer service rep was sarcastic and told me the same thing it was the same guy. I sent several emails and not 1 have they returned an answer to where my money is. They owe me $90 after I had to pay shipping both ways. I want an answer. The accounting dept knows they got the money back that the bank returned it to them. They owe me the money they got their product.

BE AWARE!!

BE AWARE
Do not purchase or try the sample! They will charge $96.65 after that without even knowing they’re charging you. Canceling is almost impossible and their IG account will disappear after you ordered from it.

I would give 1 star if possible

I would give 1 star if possible. I paid shipping and handling for a joint supplement. I bought a vitamen supplement at the same time.My dog won't touch either. I'm pretty savvy about on-line purchases but they got me...there was no mention of a subscription anywhere but apparently if you order from them they hook you up with an unwanted subscription...a very pricey subscription for 1 bottle of supplement. My credit card was hit for $96.00. Do yourselves a favor and stay far far away from from this company. I never even set up an account with these guys!

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. Terrible TERRIBLE Business. Do Not Buy from them!!. I really did not see when I ordered 3 bottles to get the best deal on April 13 that it was a subscription. I’m sure that it was not there to confirm before the purchase because I wouldn’t have done that with a new product. I always try something to make sure it works before doing a subscription. Today, on May 6, not even a month from purchasing 3 jars, was charged $96 for a “Subscription” that I’m sure I didn’t confirm. This company is a Fraud and I’m going to be putting the truth and bad reviews everywhere I can. Buyer Beware.
