There was a delay with delivery

There was a delay with delivery, obviously not their fault. When I contacted them about it I received constant updates and they were incredibly helpful. I will always look to them for my needs in future

I had an issue with my new Marantz…

I had an issue with my new Marantz Model 10 SACD Player. After a week the unit developed a fault that resulted in discs stalling during playback.
I contacted Pete Tysons customer support service online.
I was reassured an every impressed by the quick, helpful, friendly and very professional response to my case. Peter Tyson immediately arranged to collect the faulty unit and delivery a brand new unit as replacement.
I have been reassured and very impressedwith the level of communication and customer support throughout the process. This is how a company builds trust and brand loyalty among customers. I cannot recommend Peter Tyson highly enough. I have already posted on several hi-fi forums sharing my very positive experience with Peter Tyson.
