The Best Support Experience I’ve Had in Years!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience speaking with Gemma today. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every single question I had and truly knew her stuff. It is clear that she loves her job and her friendly attitude made the whole process much easier. In today’s climate, where great customer service is so rare in shops, restaurants and over the phone, she completely stood out. She didn't rush me at all, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and gave me as much time as I needed. Truly a breath of fresh air!

This is not a mandatory course and this is a shitty service they’re providing. There is no refund, no date change, No reminder etc. waste of time and money. Only they want money that’s it. Don’t go though this !!

Thank you for getting in touch and for sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service provided.
Unfortunately, our safeguarding courses are non-refundable. To participate, attendees must be logged into the course by 9:15 am. Our records show that you attempted to join after the course had already started. As a result, you were unable to complete the course because attendance requirements were not met.
We also send two reminder emails to all attendees one the day before the course and another on the day of the course to help ensure participants have the joining information and are able to log in on time.
I appreciate that this may be disappointing; however, in line with our attendance and booking policy, we are unable to offer a refund on this occasion.
Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact our General Manager at complaints@personnelchecks.co.uk, who will be happy to review your concerns.

Trying to sort out a time critical…
Trying to sort out a time critical deadline and an employee unable to find their DBS, I contacted Personnel Checks for advice, I got this in abundance from Jordan along with support, information and plenty of options regarding my situation. Three months after making my application for an enhanced DBS Check I had not heard from them. Getting in contact was extremely difficult as their customer support line was always busy.
