Everything was fine.

Delicious food that makes the weight melt off. Your first week, you may be a little hungry, but that goes away pretty quickly. Highly recommended. Great customer service by Mike!

FedEx took too long to deliver product. All dry ice inside was melted and food was partially starting to defrost.

Personal Trainer foods have been delicious for us over the years. Recently we received an order with 4 vegetables missing. We had happened to count for the first time. Checking the meats/protein we found 1 extra. I contacted customer service over email. A ticket was generated right away. Shortly I received notice of refund for 3 items as I requested. O am impressed with their excellent customer service!! Thanks to all their staff.

So far so good, I don’t like chicken, but I’m plugging through. Piri chicken ok. Just me- not y’all. If I can keep it up I will be happy.

I’ve purchased for years but has nothing to do with weight loss. I’m a retired widow who doesn’t cook. Knowing the healthy great tasting personal trainer food is in my freezer is a comfort when you are looking for something different and delicious

My experience was excellent. Since my retirement, you have helped me carefully budget my meal plan. Due to my misunderstanding the sale offer, I could not afford the subscription for meals. Your speedy, non stressful, professional manner in solving my dispute was absolutely noteworthy of praise. Thank you for helping a retired senior citizen.

The food is really bad and just rubbery and soggy at the same time. Does not taste good at all. It tastes stale and not fresh.

The food is great and very easy & convenient to make . The customer service was also very helpful when we had to change my subscription.

I did not get notification of shipment in time to avoid the billing.

Ordered it with a 2 day delivery. They tried to make it 9. I called they changed it back. I have a total of 8 protein bags that were opened so useless. I messsged them about and nothing. They used to be very good when I used them before. Now. Not so much.

The quality of food and shipping it with dry ice to make sure it stays in safe frozen temperature are what I like. I'm able to share my food with others because they also like the taste and variety.

When ordering, ask for Jake. He's THE best!
I've been ordering from Personal Trainer Food for several years now. Sometimes I travel for business, so delivery dates fluctuate. Jake always does his best to accommodate changes.
