The food is great and easy to prepare. My only problem experienced was that the dry ice was gone and everything was starting to defrost when I opened the package just after it was dropped off.

The food is good quality but very bland…
The food is good quality but very bland for my taste. I got bored with the choices. Some more seasoning and tasty sauces on your food would be a great improvement. The garlic butter sauce is nice but I don't want to use it on everything. Some more variety would be welcome.

Food is good with a large selection. Their recent meat loaf is wonderful.
I like the fact that there is no commitment and it can be canceled and restarted any time.

Flexibility

Should try the food
I do enjoy the food. Do love you can select the different packages and change when you like. My only complaint is I wish the cooking instructions were printed better, they are way too light or some even worn off. Also, if the packages would identify what type of meat is in them that would even be great. I would recommend personal trainer, especially if you want to lose weight, eat healthier or even watch your protions.
