The person I spoke to on the phone to check my understanding of the product and payment plan was amazing. They explained clearly what the device did and how to pay without being pushy. I went ahead with the purchase and everything was delivered the next day and easily set up. I feel much happier now that mum can continue to keep her independence a little while longer.

Daryl made the whole thing so easy, was polite and friendly. Alarm arrived next day. Very easy instructions on how to activate and use the alarm. Very good service.

I rang to speak with an advisor before purchase who took me through the available packages and explained everything in detail to me. He even gave me his personal number should I have any follow up questions. Purchasing was easy and the equipment arrived within two days. It would have been a bit tricky for my elderly parents to set up due to scanning QR codes etc but I managed fine. Thankfully the watch hasn’t activated yet but we’ve robustly tested and all seems good! Would definitely recommend for peace of mind

As promised the watch arrived on the day stated, the instructions were clear and the annual fee sorted quickly.
The friends and family added and test call worked immediately. Now wearing the watch and I have friends very interested in getting connected themselves.

SureSafe offers an affordable fall detection alarm service for my parent. Device is easy to set up and provides them with peace of mind. Employees and customer service are amazing. We are having an issue with text notifications from another wireless network, but they (especially Todd and Daniel) have gone above and beyond to find a resolution. It has been the best customer service I have ever experienced with a company. They are compassionate, friendly and dedicated to fix the issue.

When I called to set everything up, i was greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable man. He made things very clear and was patient.

I picked this supplier because of the recommendations and I was not disappointed. I bought an alarm for my mother who lives in Spain, everyone I spoke to in customer sales were really helpful and they managed to ship it really quickly as I was due to fly out to see her. All the setup information was clear and when I did a test from Spain, everything worked. I can now sleep soundly knowing my Mum can reach out should she have a problem.

Excellent service. Watch was dispatched and received the next day. It actually arrived fully charged and was easy to set up.My father in law has only been using it for a week but when he made the test call the response was very quick, It was reasonably priced and he received a reduced rate for the first year. I like the fact that there is no Base Unit and he can speak directly into the watch.So far very pleased.

I was looking for a safety alarm for my mother who is 91 years. She lives alone in a relatively remote area where mobile phone coverage is quite poor. In addition being 91 my mother has no Internet connection and no interest in having it installed. I looked at a number of systems and customer reviews led me to SureSafe. I phoned the company and the staff gave me a very detailed overview of their products, pricing and more importantly their operating capabilities. The alarm was ordered and arrived next day. It was easy to set up and test which quickly confirmed it was operating correctly. Very happy with the company, the service and pricing and most of all the knowledge that my mother can call for help quickly if she needs assistance.
