Speed of response
When I had a fall recently the response from my alarm was first rate , my family were alerted and although I didn’t need outside help at that time if I did it would have been here ASP . I can’t praise it highly enough , I feel safe .

I couldn’t live without it
I couldn’t live without it. It makes me feel safe when I am walking in the garden and indoors .Plus my Family know I am wareing it and know if I have an accident they will know quickly.

The personal alarm appears to be satisfactory…
The personal alarm appears to be working well even though I have not yet needed to press the alarm. My only complaint is that I seem to be forever charging it up, although I do accept that I get almost daily texts/emails warning me that the charge is down to 20%/10%. I assume this is due to the fact that the alarm is permanently connected to the GPS system
