I have actually responded to your first email however I am extremely satisfied with my personal alarm because the response is immediate , while I have not had an emergency I did sit down heavily on the floor and it simulated a fall and the response was immediate. Questions are answered immediately and very pleasntly.

An invaluable piece of equipment
After talking to Age UK lady I was contacte within a few days and got me personal alarm within a week. I had never even seen one before. After reading the book which came with it and doing several test runs I felt confident that it was one of the best things I have got to make me feel safe and secure. I spend a lot of time on my own and walk my dogs twice a day, often without seeing anyone else. I often wondered what would happen if I had a fall or somethine happened to me as I have recently been diagnosed with a heart condition. Now I feel I can go anywhere and my friends and family do not have to worry so much about me.

I would have given 5 but my pendant goes off a bit too easy. I know it has to be sensitive but it’s getting a bit too sensitive and it very annoying.

I bought this device after having a…
I bought this device after having a fall and having not assistance until much later in the day, my daughter could not get any answer from my mobile phone m which I had left in any room.
I've yet to use it. This device gives you peace of mind. The call button is around my neck 24/7, it's shower proof. How much does peace of mind cost 24/7 ?

GPS pendant and Key Safe Process
We discussed mum's needs staying at two different houses with two daughters and the GPS pendant with a key safe for each house were bought.
The key safes did not arrive so I called to chase and they were finally sent out.
When I pressed the pendant noone answered what could have been an emergency. On my second attempt someone answered after a delay and when I explained that I was calling with the key code and location for the safe installed at my house the advisor stated there was no record of mum staying in two different houses and I would need to ring customer service.
I rang them and they advised I had been connected to the wrong department and I would need to call back again.
Three calls and an hour later an advisor noted the safe details but I am not sure mum's situation has been understood.
I'm also concerned that my first attempt to contact the emergency button was dropped and I had to press again to talk to someone

We apologise for the delay in receiving the key safes and for the time it took to update the information on your account. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to make several calls to resolve something that should have been straightforward.
We've reviewed your account and can confirm that we do have details of your mum's second address and key safe on record. While our system will always display the main home address first, the additional property information is available to our Emergency Resolution Team when needed.
We're also sorry to hear about your concerns when testing the GPS alarm. As the GO alarm uses the mobile phone network, connection can occasionally be affected by mobile signal in a particular location. This may explain why your first test did not connect as expected. We always recommend testing the alarm in the places where it is likely to be used, to help provide reassurance that it has a reliable connection.
Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us identify where we can improve both our communication and our service, and we're sorry that on this occasion we caused concern rather than the reassurance we aim to provide.
