The first item I ordered was printed wrong but I put wrong information in but they responded quickly to me and was willing to return item I hate that I’m stuck with personalized item with wrong information but I reordered another one and it was perfect and delivered on time will definitely shop here again

I ordered a mug, they are cool, but one of the dates was wrong on preview, I reported this immediately, was told too bad, it was in production, I then said I didn't want it if it was incorrect, requested a refund, I was ignored, you sent it to me anyway, I then told you I would contact my VA Rep about your service to Vets, you offered to make it right, requested pics of mug & mistake on it, then blamed me for the bad date refusing to correct it, worse service I've ever received as a veteran, you should be ashamed....

The cup came out amazing!! I bought it as a birthday gift for my friend and she absolutely loved it!!

My order was not delivered in the time frame it said it would be, when i did get the delivery i only received one of the two items that i purchased. Even though they were ordered at the same time, there were two separate packages and should have had two separate tracking numbers. So because one was delivered it says all was delivered and I have yet to hear back from customer service. However the one I did finally receive was exactly what I ordered.

I posted this review in their website but seems they filter them and only post the good ones. It took too long (a month) to receive my doormat. I didn't like it bc it has stains and looks dirty. I emailed this company and the answer was: ​"We've checked and that is the design of the item you've ordered."... Well, I didn't see that description on the website, I even washed the item thinking it got dirty in the way here.

Love my shirts! Get comments on them all the time. Tell everyone where they can get them.

My order was lost and nobody noticed. I had to reach out after about a month for the company to tell me they don't know where it went. They said they shipped another, but I haven't received it yet, so we'll see.

Update: still have not received item 6/20/22.

Newest update: order received and turned out perfect. This gift was loved by my mom for whom I purchased as a Mother’s Day present. So aside from it being super late, the product is great.

This is a good quality (not thin) cotton T-shirt, and the design showing my cats with their names is delightful. Nothing fades/changes after machine washing. Everybody loves this shirt!

I have never been so disappointed on a Facebook order as I was with this one. I will say that the customer service was good. After 4, yes four, t shirts arrived with incorrect images and none the same error as on the original order, I asked for a refund. Which I did receive.. I even deleted the first order and made a second one and they even messed that one up. My order showed exactly what I wanted, even their copy. Yet I neve received what I ordered. I believe their problem is with internal communications. They did not ask for return of the shirts so I did not return them !

I ordered 2 shirts but was sent the wrong size and the lettering was wrong. I contacted customer service and was sent the corrected order to me. I was impressed with the speed of the issue being corrected i will be a return customer

Received on time! Excellent cotton quality! I washed it once the stamp is there! Am very happy I received what I ordered and what I saw at commercial

I like what's on the shirt's but the product doesn't look like the picture and I don't understand why the product is coming from China when your address is in Birmingham Alabama

I order my item on April and I didn't received yet.

I ordered my cup over almost two months ago and still haven’t received it. I emailed you guys over and over and never received a response or an option for a refund. WORST EVER

Quality was sub standard, didn’t like the material used, I’m referring to the baseball hat, I also like how Personal84 will only respond to their positive reviews, not the negative ones where they could be making things right!!

Service sucks, response sucks, & the products was NOT what was ordered!
