This is my 3rd time ordering. Henry was so helpful with my order to Canada and editing my order request so promptly to help me save duty fees. He was so pleasant and helpful! Loved all my outfits!

Vishakha from Pernia -Smartly and efficiently handled my request to not deliver the purchased outfit at my home but to courier direct to the US after paying the additional amount for my sister’s outfit before her birthday on25th September .

I had a very disappointing experience with Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, mainly because of their poor customer service and inflexible return policy.
Before placing my order, I clearly informed the team that I would only receive the package in the UK on the 5th and would need to try the outfit on then to confirm the fit. I made this clear before purchasing and followed up again on the very same day after placing the order. Despite being transparent about my situation from the beginning, my request for an exchange or even store credit was refused without any willingness to consider the circumstances.
What was most frustrating was the complete lack of empathy and customer-centric service. A premium retailer should be willing to review genuine cases individually, especially when the customer has communicated everything upfront. Instead, I received rigid policy-based responses with no effort to find a reasonable solution.
Customer service isn't just about quoting policies—it's about listening to customers and resolving issues fairly. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Based on how my concern was handled, I would think twice before shopping with Pernia's Pop-Up Shop again.

Pernia pop up was so accessible. And very proper. When something was not available with the designer they found me alternatives. Never let me feel that I have not got what o paid for. It was an expensive outfit and I wished I got the colour but I am very happy with the outcome. Also they were aware I was travelling abroad and both the pieces of clothing came bang on tine.
Every bit was worth it.

I ordered an outfit. When I tried it on I realised it was too tight across the chest. I emailed Pernia and asked if I could send it back for a bigger size. They asked if I could send my measurements and to turn the garment inside out to see if there was any way it could be let out. I duly sent this information. No response. I subsequently emailed them several times requesting a response. Nothing.
Apart from the fact it is extremely unprofessional it is also very frustrating for the customer. I felt that I was talking to myself. According to their return policy I am within my rights to return or exchange.
They are clearly not upholding their terms and conditions of this policy.
Please do the right thing.

I had very good experience with Pernia… Henry Dsouza helped me with my questions and selection also he helped me to make buying process easy .

I have used Pernias a few times in the past. My most recent order I had an issue as I hadn’t received an email. I wrote to them and Henry got in touch with me immediately and resolved my issue.

I have started purchasing some items from this company from couple years after I saw a facebook advertisement.
Cloth line is very stylish and I love it however communication and shipping part gets very stressful especially when you reach out and and it takes forever to respond.
But this time , I ordered an outfit and it was urgent . No one responding and I was getting my very stressed .
Then there was this agent by the name of Henry Desouza, he was the only one who was so reliable, and willing to help. And also he was responding to me in a timely manner and keeping me informed .
I wish and hope that all the agents can be attentive and trained like Henry .
His very detailed orientation and willing to take action attitude.

The team took great care in ensuring all my measurements were accurate, and they even customised the colours exactly to my preferences. The finished outfit was beautifully made and exactly as I had envisioned.

The website is very tempting first of all and it took ages to select amongst all the beautiful photos and available products. When i finally did the service was very quick, the necklace and earrings very safely and well packed and the package arrived by DHL safely.

Nawajish was critical in purchasing my wedding lehenga. She was very communicative and went out of her way to inform me of factors that would affect my order like time constraints and sales prices!

We are really disappointed with the order we received designer Neha Khullar instead of 3 component saree de received 2 component drapped saree from Pernia. This has been communicated to Henry Jackson and Shonney. From Pernia. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the information I need. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, especially as the outfit is for an important occasion. Can you please help in this

Vishakha the customer service representative was wonderful. This individual was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my concerns regarding shipping.
I do, however, wish product shipping timeline, per item, on site was more specific.
I am.looking forward to receiving my items.

I reached out to Zaara regarding an issue with my Pernia order, and she was proactive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. She assisted me in canceling the order, ensured the amount was credited to Pernia account, and even contacted other designers I was interested in purchasing from using the credit. As soon as she received updates from them, she immediately informed me. She also placed the new orders on my behalf, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

DON'T BUY FROM PERNIA's POP-UP SHOP - RIDICULOUS LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Another day, the saga continues....

I received an offer from Pernia's Pop Up Shop for a $28.00 USD store credit, for 6 months, to offset the alteration fee that I incurred after I spent over $600.00 USD on two outfits. Pernia advertised pants with waistline 32-34 inches, but the pants that were delivered were only waist size of 33 inches, so they didn't fit. Do they really think that after multiple calls and emails that offering me a $28.00 store credit is satisfactory? I am not sure what, if anything, they are thinking because there is nothing in the store that sells for $28.00. I asked for a credit to my credit card.....based on the amount of time I have wasted trying to get this store to back up their product and service, they really should credit me for much more. BUYER BEWARE, customer service is non-existent!!
