I liked the quality of the product . It's just that it took 1 month or more for 1 saree to come and that was too long.
Some simple customisation like making saree pallu free hand should be free of cost but somehow it was getting added up in the previous price.

Pernia is very professional and helpful once you get the right person. Henry helped me quickly on rerouting my packages and changing the address for delivery. Delivery was very quick which is amazing!

Worst experience ever. I placed an order online for a product. I was told the fabric is not available and opted for a different one based on the suggestion of Ritika via what’s app. I was as then told it would ship 30 days after ordering. I asked that my order be cancelled as the wedding I was attending was past the 30 days. I was denied a refund and they kept pestering me with emails saying they can’t do refunds after 24 hrs? lol they hadn’t even filled my order? I have already disputed the charges and sent screen shots from my conversations to the bank. It’s a shame how corrupt this company is. I would highly recommend checking Reddit before ordering from here. Additionally I would recommend anyone who has an issue to simply dispute the charges as they are clearly not honoring their end of a sales agreement. It’s really sad to see the other reviews of how terrible this company is to ruin people’s weddings and other special occasions…

In reply to your response I will simply say this: the alternative fabric was never finalized. My what’s app messages clearly show that once the delivery time frame was revealed I asked for cancellation.

Henry was great, he was able to help me quickly and make the changes needed for me to get my outfit. Easy to work with and I would recommend!

Jigar Doshi made my shopping experience at Pernia’s a very pleasant experience. It was in total contrast with what I had heard about Pernia’s. I’m glad that I shopped here. I will definitely be back for more!!

Stay away from them. They are a complete scam.
On two separate occasions, they accepted my order, took my payment, and then informed me that the item was out of stock.
The first time, after taking my payment, they said the item was unavailable. Despite repeated follow-ups, they refused to issue a refund and only offered store credit.
The second time, I was forced to use that store credit and even paid additional money for another outfit. Once again, they came back saying the item was out of stock and that they could only issue more store credit—still no refund.
I then checked the designer's official website and found the item was available. When I questioned them, they suddenly claimed they could fulfil the order, but only if I paid an additional ₹22,000.
As a result, nearly ₹50,000 of my money is now tied up with them. This entire experience has caused me unnecessary stress for over a year.
I will be taking legal action. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

I was updated every step of the way and the communication was effortless and my dress arrived on time and it was beautiful, just needed a bit of adjustments. Thank you for the dress and cant wait to wear it for my wedding reception.

Henry from Pernia , dealing with customer relations in online store is one of the best executives he helped me deliver my dress within a day of shipment and generally very proactive in nature . Really happy with the service

A very frustrating experience. They ask you to speak with a representative for the best rate and when I did, I was quoted $50+ more than the website rate.

They offer you a percentage off if you spend a certain amount and they send you a link for repeat customer discount but nowhere does it clearly say that you cannot use both together. They are wishy-washy, unreliable, robotic in their responses and not knowledgeable. They’ve just employed a bunch of incompetent people to respond to customer queries.

Horribly drafted responses and zero customer service skills. Unless you’re desperate, I would say don’t buy from this site. I have yet to receive my items and I have bills from shipping companies asking for tariffs.

I love the shirt that I purchased from Pernia's , it is a beautiful shirt . The only issue that I have is the surprise extra COD delivery charge by the delivery carrier before delivering my package.

I’ve ordered from them a handful of times. They’ve always delivered exceptional service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. The price, the quality, the customer service, all far exceeded my expectations. This is the only place I trust to have what I want. I did however on my last order had a small issue where a button came off when opening the package. However Riddhi provided excellent service when reaching out by offering some options.

My number one place to stop for all my Indian or indo-western attire.

The outfits are fab. Additionally, the support team goes beyond their ways to make sure your issues are resolved and u get ur outfit before ur event.

This is my 3rd time ordering. Henry was so helpful with my order to Canada and editing my order request so promptly to help me save duty fees. He was so pleasant and helpful! Loved all my outfits!
