This was the first time I’ve used this company. The prices are great and the cheapest around. The aftershave is 100% authentic. Also delivery was free and arrived within a couple of days. In summary, don’t go anywhere else for your aftershave or perfume. Will definitely use this company again. First class!

Further to reading their reviews, I purchased the Liz Claibourne signature perfume for over £50. The perfume arrived in an appalling condition. It was stale. The packaging was was very poor and showed the perfume had been used or been around for a very long time (frayed and torn and certainly not cellophane wrapped as expected). The date and manufacture info had been torn off. They also took too long to rectify the situation considering I communicated with them immediately with photo evidence. They must have known the condition they were selling the perfume as new in.
Not sure how/why they have such high ratings but I certainly will not trust them again,totally disappointed and disgusted. As if often the case in these circumstances, the 1 star rating is only to enable posting of the review!

Received it on time had a problem with it that was totally my fault however customer service was excellent and I will not have any hesitation to re order from this company again and recommend them to my family and friends

They tried to sell me a Armani tester
They tried to sell me a tester of Armani when I visited their store, it clearly says on the bottle "tester not for sale". The old man and woman were very pushy, they started speaking in some other language when I was leaving probably saying something bad about me judging from their tone. I even heard them begging customers to leave trustpilot reviews. It looked like the customers didn't want to but were being forced into it, felt sorry for them. Honestly, would not visit here again.
