After receiving your email, we carefully reviewed the video you provided and responded with a detailed explanation regarding your concern. We also shared supporting information, including a reference video demonstrating that the fill level you observed is normal for this particular fragrance.

The headspace inside the bottle is intentionally left by the manufacturer to accommodate pressure changes during transit and the fragrance maturation process. This does not indicate that the bottle is underfilled or previously used.

We also want to reassure you that all of our fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced exclusively through authorized distributors and trusted suppliers.

I’ve ordered from Perfume Online…

I’ve ordered from Perfume Online multiple times and have always been happy with their products and prices. The fragrances are authentic, well-packaged, and usually arrive on time. Their selection is excellent, and I’ve found great deals compared to other retailers. Overall, I’ve had a positive shopping experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality fragrances at competitive prices

Amazing at first

Ordered 2 perfumes.
1- Was awesome for first 20 or so sprays, like never had something like that before. Stayed 10-12 hours as expected. After that its just water, goes away in 15 mins.
2- Still in initial sprays, so cant say much. But for now its good.

Fragrance performance can sometimes vary due to factors such as atomizer flow, maceration/resting time, storage conditions, batch variation, weather, and skin chemistry.
