I purchased the 357 club last summer and finished the season with it in my bag. In my hands the club was good, but not better than my PXG 3 wood. I returned the club last week, and the process could not have been easier. Friendly, informative staff gave me the instructions, and the refund was in my account within a couple of days. PG is legit.

Performance golf made contact and acknowledged the error in billing. They immediately fixed the unauthorized reoccurring charges to my account. I do appreciate the quick and corrective action. Thank you. Fixed within 24 hour.

This is a scam company - they charge your credit card for hundreds of dollars for a life time membership that you never agreed to, they never call you back ... I have emails saying they will fast track my complaint and someone will call me within 24 to 72 hours - that was Feb 26... Its March 9 and I am still waiting, this business practice is fraudulent and should not be allowed.

If I could give a 0-star rating I would. Do not trust Performance Golf, they are an unscrupulous company. I bought my wife two of their clubs as a Christmas present. Unknowingly to me, they automatically enrolled me into a Scratch Club subscription costing $299 and then refused to refund the money when I questioned the charge to my credit card. I called and told them I never wanted this subscription, nor did I knowingly sign up for it or utilize it, and requested they cancel it and issue a refund back to my credit card. They just sent an email telling me, “We're just confirming your Scratch Club subscription has officially been canceled.” but never refunded the money. This is flat out stealing. I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend their equipment to anyone else.

I was very pleased with both the products I ordered (the One Club wedge,357 and 359)
As well as the video teachings. The videos are very professional. They are easy to follow and very helpful. The clubs I purchased also are as good as advertised, when I hit them correctly. I’m still tweaking some swing changes and sometimes slide back into old habits. Like most of golf, it isn’t the arrows fault that the bowman can’t aim! The only issue I had, and it was probably my fault, was when I tried to cancel my account it took a bit to finally get in touch with the right person. Once I did it was seamless.

Was billed a monthly membership fee for several months after my original purchase. Was told it was part of the purchase. It was not. I simply order a golf club as a gift. Nowhere in the sale did it disclose any additional membership. Such a scam.

The initial purchase process of the 357 club was informative in the description of the club and the options that were available. An initial issue occurred in relation to the shipping address that was rectified quickly through the help desk. The dispatch and tracking information that was provided regularly provided an excellent level of confidence as the club was being shipped to the other side of the world. Having had items disappear in transit from other suppliers that were never resolved the service provided by PG in this instance has been first class.

I have ordered videos from Performance Golf and they are well worth the money. Recently I ordered golf clubs and needed to return one. Just like they advertised, no questions asked. They sent me the return instructions, and within 2 days of when the clubs reached their return destination, my account was credited. A truly great experience.
