I bought the SF1 about a year age. They claimed it would straighten out my slice. Did not work, now they just came out with the SF2 with the same promise. How am I to trust them again for that much money?

I just needed to make a small adjustment to my account that I couldn't figure out how to do on my own. I used their onboard chat system and was connected with a very helpful agent named Carl. He helped me make the changed I needed and it all only took a few minutes. Great customer service!

My club arrived broken because of shipping. Customer service responded immediately. They sent me a new 357 Wood right away. After playing a few rounds. The 357 might be my favorite club in my bag!

Such a shame that my experience with Performance Golf has given “fraud vibes”. I received the golf club with no issues and then received charge after charge on my credit card for golf “instructions” that I never consented to. Why would a reputable company have to fraudulently charge paying customers for something they didn’t want?
I have requested and been promised three different times, a very small refund compared to all that I’ve been charged . I am still WAITING ON THAT REFUND!
I am sure they have lost customers who would otherwise buy more clubs from them if they didn’t deceive us with bogus charges!

I bought a club from them and did not ask for any subscription yet they sneakily added me and only noticed a few months later I have been paying for one!!

Ordered the DrawForce Automatic Draw Trainer (Order #52880). Got a call the next morning telling me I had ordered their “357 Hybrid” and would be charged $400. I never ordered that product.
When I pushed back, the rep asked me to forward my own order confirmation to them, as if they don’t have access to their own records. The moment I did, the call pivoted to a pitch for their $300/year coaching app subscription. The whole thing was a setup from the start.
I canceled the order after it set in how disgusting the whole interaction was. To their credit, they refunded me almost immediately but then sent a response calling it “any confusion this may have caused,” which tells you everything about how seriously they take this. Check the BBB page before you buy anything from these people. This isn’t one bad rep, it’s a pattern.
Edit: it gets worse, that email they wanted me to “take a look at” was an attempt to manipulate me into removing this review. Hopefully Trustpilot will take this as seriously as I do…

I contacted PG regarding obtaining a head cover to the PG putter I had purchased. I lost the original on the course somewhere.
I got a quick response from PG’s customer service. They asked me for a shipping address and within a week I received the head cover…no charge.
For any company, great customer service goes a long way!

I like the tutorials online that can be accessed at any time. Some are above my headvas far as instructions go, but probably make sense to those who have had lessons (suchnas some using words like "loading up", "supplant", "spine angle", etc.)
I recently purchased the 357 club and like it so far. The first 3 times I used on the course, I was really pleased, then (shame on me) I topped one and the next time I hit behind the ball. So its not infallible enough to correct all of my bad habits, but by watching a few more training videos, I'll get more consistant.
Performance Golf is 5 great site who prides themselves on customer satisfaction, which is a welcome change in todays online marketing where customer service goes out the window once payment is made. P.G. is not like that and correspondence is quick and action is taken to satisfy the customer. Thank you to whoever is running the customer service department at P.G. for instilling a professional, customer based culture.
My only knock would be the adding on of automatic subscription charges for the Scratch Club every time you make a purchase. They give you a "free trial" then automatic $29/mo charge. However P.G. was great about reversing the charge and cancelling the subscription.
