I like the tutorials online that can be accessed at any time. Some are above my headvas far as instructions go, but probably make sense to those who have had lessons (suchnas some using words like "loading up", "supplant", "spine angle", etc.)
I recently purchased the 357 club and like it so far. The first 3 times I used on the course, I was really pleased, then (shame on me) I topped one and the next time I hit behind the ball. So its not infallible enough to correct all of my bad habits, but by watching a few more training videos, I'll get more consistant.
Performance Golf is 5 great site who prides themselves on customer satisfaction, which is a welcome change in todays online marketing where customer service goes out the window once payment is made. P.G. is not like that and correspondence is quick and action is taken to satisfy the customer. Thank you to whoever is running the customer service department at P.G. for instilling a professional, customer based culture.
My only knock would be the adding on of automatic subscription charges for the Scratch Club every time you make a purchase. They give you a "free trial" then automatic $29/mo charge. However P.G. was great about reversing the charge and cancelling the subscription.

I have to say I’m incredibly impressed with the performance golf company as a whole. I’m a a fairly new coach. Two years as an assistant and one year as the head coach. I purchased a training packet, club and training tools. I had the SF1 driver only a week and it shattered on me before I could even go to the golf course. I sent a picture and description of what happened to their support email. Within the hour I had a reply and they sent me a brand new driver at no cost and a free training course of my choosing from their selection. They staff has been incredibly polite, professional and supportive to me. I will definitely be recommending their training platform to other coaches.

I ordered one iron and received it ok. What happened after that was not good. It indicated that I could sign up for video instructions...which I never did. 2 months later, I was charged $299 and then $99. They showed up on my charge card. When trying to call and talk to someone there, they wouldn't return our calls, or would say someone would call us back and thry never did. We noticed on another review, that we were not the only ones this happened to. We ended up having to file a claim. Stay away from this company!

I had a very poor experience with this company: I ordered a club for my husband in Feb, 2026. During checkout there were several offers that I wasn’t interested in. I very carefully navigated that mine field making sure not to sign up for anything other than the club (SF 1 driver). Still I saw a charge for $31.11 US on my cc bill today, 4/20. I called the company and they told me 14 free days of the “Scratch” training are included automatically with every order. After the 14 days, if you don’t cancel the subscription, you are charged a monthly subscription fee of approximately $30, again automatically. This is all communicated in one of the 5 emails I received concerning my one order. I missed that specific email. So I’ve been charged ($90 total) for an item that I never wanted and that I never requested for 3-months (I missed the charge on my cc bill for the first 2 months 😬). During my call with a Performance Golf customer service rep, the unwanted subscription was cancelled but they would only refund one of the 3 months for which I was charged. I pulled up the email during the call and argued profusely on how much BS this is and didn’t get any further in my request for a complete refund. BBB it is-I have seen reviews on other forums indicating that several complaints have already been filed. I’ll add my complaint to the pot as I told the CS rep I would. Terrible, terrible business practices. My husband likes the club, by the way. It is a shame that the company seems to have good products but still chooses to conduct business this way.

I bought the 357 club paid the total price same day. After a while I noticed I was getting charged the amount for the past 8 months $29. In order from performance to stop charging my credit card I had to cancel the card and order a new one.

I needed to return a product that I had purchased a few months ago. The return was within the warranty period. The Customer Service staff responded within just a few hours to my initial request for information, provided me with detailed instructions on returning my product, and processed my refund immediately. I bought both 357 and 359 while the distance was compatible with my ping woods I will say the accuracy was much better. I will take them down for a fitting and regroup and see if that improves the performance.

I have purchased the SF1 and recently the SF2 and I love this driver. I also purchased the EZ7 and 357 clubs and I'm very happy with these as well. When the 357/SF2 arrived I also got the 359 and another 357 by mistake. The return process was very very easy and quick. The entire staff who I communicated with was very professional and helpful. Thank you Performane Golf. Keep doing what you are doing.

I tried their new 357 wood and it isn’t for me. I contacted them to return the club. Their customer service is outstanding. The club itself was high-quality. It just didn’t work for me. I returned the club as soon as I sent them the tracking information from UPS they refunded me my money. I think they’re a very high-quality professional company.
