This was my very first time receiving aid from perfect placement and Tom was looking after me. He found me very quickly and listened to why I was out of work and why it’ll be a difficult task lining me up with the role I desired. Within a few days he had lined me up with an interview and although the role was particularly difficult to get into I was able to land the job! I have never dealt with a professional recruitment agency before as a prospective employee so had no idea what to expect. I’ve got to say Jo Panton was extremely helpful throughout the process from initial screening call to interview stage and finally an offer of employment. It didn’t end there with Jo though, once I had been offered the role Jo made the effort to chase things up for me and kept me in the loop during the whole onboarding process. I began my new role last week and Jo sent me a good luck message on my first day and then also messaged me midweek to check in. I really didn’t expect such a personal and caring service as I’ve heard nightmare stories in the past about agencies but Jo really has gone above and beyond for me.
