The beers are good and the price acceptable.
One thing I'd like is low carb beer options. I'm getting very fat.

Always delivered promptly. Acceptable prices when on offer. Don't even bother getting empty collected. However lots of local places to post.

The machine is great . And the beers are nice. The keg prices are expensive though. And the minimum return of 3 kegs at a time is annoying.

Good beer swift dilivery could do with a few more kegs on prefect draft app to chose from

Primary criteria: the beer is very good (I've tried 4 different kegs so far). The machine chills it and delivers it in pristine condition.
Secondary considerations: deliveries are prompt. Keg collections and credits to my account are also prompt and easily tracked.
Tertiary thoughts: It's beer. Drink it. Be happy.

I am a big PD supporter and have got a lot of my friends on it. The beer is excellent and machine easy to use. When I do have any issues the support team are excellent

never received but got to give them 5 stars has they did refund the order for me has it was ment for my sons 21st birthday party only thing I could moan about maybe I could of had something in my account of a goodwill gesture but overall 5 stars great customer service

To many surveys every time u buy something you want to know how you did …. Are you that insecure….. if you leave a honest review you just get told to contact customer services and get the same blah blah blah every time … just leave us in peace to enjoy our beer

Ordered 3 kegs and a couple glasses only to receive just 2 kegs! Contacted perfect draft and after 48 hours still waiting for a response. Not ideal

Brilliant service and also the collection of empties was very good. Most of the lagers are better than a pub pint 👍More discount codes would be really good to help against new kegs.
