The perfect service
I'm a seasoned customer of hopt.it and I had very positive experiences all the time, but on the last one they were even better.
I ordered a bunch of beers for a party, I god in contact with the customer service to know if it was possible to have them delivered faster (prior to pay extra). The customer service was great and tried their best to ship my beer as fast as possible.
Outcome: they arrived 1 day before the party (2 days before the promised date).

Everything was perfect!
The support answered all my questions kindly, clearly and fast. The product was delivered in a few days (my address is in Milan, Italy) and is marvelous. Hopt followed the parcel along the entire journey and asked me a feedback about a delivery.

Excellent selection of beers, some great offers and quick delivery.
