Read the terms and conditions before signing up.

As an older person not too familiar with Apps I found it difficult to navigate. I dont remember seeing terms and conditions when I signed up. I couldn't use it so I asked to cancel. This proved difficult also. Eventually I did get a full refund but not having a phone number to talk to anyone was difficult.

However, we fully acknowledge that this does not lessen the frustration you felt, particularly as the app was not suitable for your gluten- and dairy-free needs and was difficult to navigate.

No ongoing support or notifications and does not appear in your list of subscribtions on you phone / App Store. Easy to forget about, and accidentally keep the subscription going

Waste of money

It’s just a set of recipes/ meals with information about carbs etc. Generic, bland and a waste of money. Be very careful signing up even to a trial- they will take your money but cancellation of a supposed subscription is very difficult and expensive.

Great Results!

This seems to be the only diet I have been on where I lost 2.5 Ibs in 2 days. So far the low carb is working. I am so grateful!

this works , just stick with it

this is a great , unique product and super reasonably priced. But, you do need to do your part and commit and follow and work it !!! you will melt pounds away and have fun doing it, but , again things to keep in mind: - progress takes time, extreme changes take time - buckle up and commit . This program works

Fraudsters!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
It is falsely advertised as a curated plan. It is nothing more than a meal plan you could get free off Google. I filled the food selection in with no wheat, no pasta, no rice and they send a diet full of carbs. The first meal I clicked on was 55% carbs!!! Immediately asked for my money back and Tom replied it is not their company's policy. It may not be their policy, but in Australia, it is a breach of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to sell products that do not match their description or advertising. So, I will claim my refund through Mastercard.

They are evil

They are evil! literally stealing your money from your account. Cancellation? forget about it, they hide the cancellation button under the task bar, impossible to press. i had to change my task bar setting to 'hide' to be able to press to cancel button! unbelieavable!

I'm doing well!!!!

I'm doing well. Had to figure a few things out but so far I'm fine. Question do I necessary need to follow the meals exactly. For example I would think the portion of rice would be about the same as a portion of sweet potato? Just as an example. AND when they call for certain spices can I switch them for another.The reason I ask is because different spices are in different meals but maybe not in the meal I chose. Other than that . this is really good. I am working out ALSO!!!!! Love it!! I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!!

Absolutely not recommend!

Absolutely not recommend!
I was offered this app via facebook and went through the process of creating an account. Was offered around 25 other "services" whilst doing so which I declined except for one as it was "for free" (personal health coach). Since I am ADHD, I cancelled the trial period right after confirmation as I know I would forget otherwise. Was not able to cancel the Health coach though, the button wasn't working, no matter how much I tried. But since it still stated 0,00Euros, I thought not so much of it. 4 weeks later I get charged 23 Euros for the health coach. I signed in and found it still said 0,00 Euros, but I still could not cancel it, button still not working. I reached out to customer service, got my money back, so thanks for that, but I was told this was a "one off" and it really was my fault as I was the one who subscribed. REALLY?! Do not subscribe.
