Worst company

Worst company! I cancelled my subscription on 27th February they then took $174 over 6 transactions a month later. Offered a 20% refund even with proof of cancellation.

Cancellation of subscription was done through their website as suggested not through any other 3rd party platform.

This has been a common complaint after looking up reviews of this company. I have emailed them and am no closer to a resolution.

SCAM BEWARE

This is full on scam. They tell you it’s a free trial or you purchase one thing and they bill you monthly. I have been trying to get my money back but you will get an automated service. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this service, they SCAMMERS. Stay away do not use please.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They tell you one thing in the advertisement, them charge you for something else. They do it in a way where you can't see what you are paying for in total and they don't like to give refunds. I cancelled as soon as the purchase was made and they still charged me and shipped something I didn't want. They are a bunch of thieves. DO NOT USE.

Not what I was looking for

UPDATED: After receiving a response, the app is working and I can access all the areas, hopefully for the rest of my 1 month subscription. 3/3/2026
I subscribed to this programme as it it was sold as a thyroid support programme. The process of subscribing was annoying with all the 'add ons'. I paid for a month and downloaded the app. It was a diet to lose weight and although that is not a bad thing, it wasn't what I was looking for. I looked at the menu .... it was just too much bread. Also looks like food only the wealthy can afford. I cancelled the subscription but I would try it for the month. After my cancellation, the app wouldn't work, I couldn't get the grocery list to work and I couldn't even see what the meals were for the next week so I could buy the ingredients. The workouts wouldn't work either. A total waste of money and time.

Scam and misleading

They are continuing to try to charge me even after I cancelled the subscription. So don't think that cancelling the subscription is enough to avoid getting charged in future. BEST TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD TO BE SAFE.

My main aim was to follow the plan but it was not really worth it. Repetitive and boring. You can get same or a better plan by using chat gpt for free.

Also they don't have a proper chat support. It's just a bot that keeps repeating itself and asking same thing instead of really assisting you. So not worth it for the price.

Dont waste your money on this!

Not worth it

It is difficult to create a subscription for meals only. This company makes you wade through about 30 additional offers, all of which you must decline, or pay an additional cost for said service or product. That really turned me off. Also, while the meal plans are nutritious, they contain items that some people can't eat, or can't easily find. The preliminary questions do not cover food allergies or preferences thoroughly. IMHO, it's not worth it. Oh, and beware, they'll auto-renew your subscription at a much higher price the second month.

AVOID

Never used the app and had cancelled but they said I hadn’t and still took a payment 3 months later for a further 3 months and would not refund me. Terrible service don’t even warn you when they are going to take the money like most subscription do. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Perfect Body are a money hungry…

Perfect Body are a money hungry grabbing app. Woke up this morning and had 5 separate deductions debited from my Paypal account, and that was on top of the 2 initial set up deductions....and I haven't even downloaded the app yet or will likely at all !!!! You have been warned. They are nothing but a scam sham.

Colour me sceptical

I have very little patience. I thought this was just another company promising the world provided you sign your life and your bank account away. I couldn’t be more wrong. Although I cut the purse strings, the team honoured the investment I’d already made and were quick to provide advice and instruction… within an hour of my asking! I picked out the main section I was interested in and have slowly made some inroads with the diet plan. I get overwhelmed easily so picked 3 days worth of meals to work on rather than the whole week. To my surprise and delight they included my favourite ever food… BREAD! I’ve discovered combinations of flavours that are making me look forward to the next one and the next one. No diet has EVER inspired me this way before.

Read the terms and conditions before signing up.

As an older person not too familiar with Apps I found it difficult to navigate. I dont remember seeing terms and conditions when I signed up. I couldn't use it so I asked to cancel. This proved difficult also. Eventually I did get a full refund but not having a phone number to talk to anyone was difficult.
