I recently took a certification exam through PeopleCert and had a very disappointing experience with the proctoring process.
My proctor was almost one hour late connecting to the exam session. This caused a significant amount of stress because I had reserved a specific block of time for the exam and needed to return to work shortly afterward. The unexpected delay completely disrupted my schedule and put me under unnecessary pressure before the exam had even started.
During the delay, I attempted to contact support. It took more than 10 minutes to reach a support representative, and the only information I received was that they were "looking for my proctor" and that he would connect shortly. Unfortunately, there were no meaningful updates, proactive communication, or solutions offered while I waited.
When the proctor finally joined, the only acknowledgment of the situation was a brief, generic apology. There was no real recognition of the impact that a one-hour delay can have on a candidate's performance and stress levels.
By the time the exam started, I was so nervous and distracted by the delay that I nearly failed the certification. Candidates spend considerable time preparing for these exams, and a smooth, professional testing experience should be the minimum expectation.
I understand that unexpected issues can occur, but a delay of this magnitude, combined with poor communication and limited support, is unacceptable for a professional certification provider. I hope PeopleCert improves its proctor availability, communication processes, and customer support response times to prevent other candidates from having a similar experience.
The mock exam accurately reflects the PRINCE2 Foundation exam format, but it provides no review of the questions or explanations for incorrect answers. Receiving only a score makes it difficult to identify knowledge gaps and learn from mistakes. As a result, its value as a revision tool is very limited.
Having a PeopleCert subscription has allowed me to continue learning, stay up-to-date, attend webinars, and take relevant courses in my professional field. I've really enjoyed it.

These people are thieves. I have never had such a terrible experience with a supplier. The system they had for doing the online examination was almost impossible to set up. This make the whole thing extremely stressful causing me to fail the exam. The customer service is almost non-existent.
The person taught the class was aggressive and not very good at his job. Often complementing himself at how successful he was in his career rather than helping us.
Now they have taken an annual subscription fee from me which I don’t recall taking out. When i responded I received no answer. Even resetting my password so I could access my account has not been received. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The exam process at first was intimidating, but that's what was needed for authenticity.

I passed my PRINCE2 Foundation exam on 5 May, yet I only received my certificate today — an unacceptable 77‑day delay. Throughout this entire period, customer service was consistently unhelpful and provided no meaningful updates, leaving me to chase information that should have been handled professionally. This delay has cost me valuable time from the certificate’s validity period, limiting how quickly I can progress to the Practitioner level and affecting my professional development. For a qualification provider, this level of service is extremely poor and shows a complete lack of respect for candidates.
The test was well organized and structured. The time limit felt bit challenging, but I can see that it is necessary to maintain the required standards and reflect the real exam conditions. Overall, it was a useful and valuable experience.

I did not like the waiting for taking the exam. In total 40min!
I had to wait a long time after joining the the exam site. My start time was scheduled for 11am but I couldn't start until around 11.15am. I wasn't sure if I should leave or remain as I wasn't getting any response to my messages at all. I would have left my exam without doing it if I had to wait another minute longer.

smooth online testing. Rules and requirements were annoying, but, it's needed to make sure our Certification is legit.

It was pretty smooth experience and loved that you can just book the test and and take it next day online.

Very poorly written materials. Weird typos, often indecipherable grammar.
In my case it was a renewal. Needed to change the payment method and it was pretty straight forward. No issues whatsoever and didn't lose any progress, or badges etc.

These people working here are lazy and do not respect your time. Scheduled appointments they will be extremely late for. Try to contact customer service they will disconnect without ever attempting to establish contact. Further they want ALL your personal info name, address, phone number. Why? To sell your info to data brokers no doubt. This company should be investigated by the DOE and DOJ.
