Took them two weeks to figure out that the some of the things I had ordered were out of stock and even though I very thoroughly checked on their site to make sure they had what I wanted. When you sell stuff online your stock sometimes run out, perfectly normal stuff but when customers eagerly waits for their shipment to arrive and TWO (2) WEEKS after the order placement, receive and email where they explain how they've finally figured things out in the warehouse and sent me the things they did have in stock. Very disappointing, sad really.

Dear Mika, thank you and please accept our apologies for all these problems. If a product is out of stock but marked as "in stock" (which is rare) the routine is to immediately contact the customer. There's no excuse for it, if it didn't work in your case. Once again, thank you for your feedback!
Good price and good quality
The package was very nicely packed. I received it within the time promised on the website. The products are of good quality (fountain pen and Pilot Frixion pens). The tracking on Nordpost was WAY off but that's another story.
