Well, I needed to order a spical pens for my kids as Christmas presents. The only one online store in Finland had those. I ordered it and the package arrives to Helsinki within one business day only. Well packed and came with an extra note book and nice pen as a gift. I'm very happy with this service. Thank you.

Shipping wasn’t as fast as usual and I was on a tight deadline.
However I do understand the extra pressure the Black Friday promotion put on sales and delivery.
Also problems accepting my Australian MasterCard debit card, so I had to pay by other means. It would be helpful if PayPal was an option.
Shopping was easy, product s as ordered.

Delivery from another galaxy
I have ordered one pen for a firend and paid more to get that earlier at the time of his graduation party. It seems that unless other pages, they consider the day they want as the starting point of the delivery day instead of day of order. It makes it untrustable and I am not going to trust their delivery time anymore.
It must be 4 day delivery, however, today is 14th day of my order and I have not gotten that pen yet.

We are so sorry to hear that your order was delayed, and especially because it was a present. The delivery time that is stated in the checkout is counted from the day you place your order, so there seem to have been a misunderstanding regarding this. I can see that there seem to have been some kind of problem with delivery because the scanning looks strange and the carrier has not delivered within their delivery time. We will contact you separately by email regarding this. Again, so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
