Excellent communication

Communication was excellent from start to finish.
The advisors were friendly and explained things in a clear manner. They were also respectful too.
I would highly recommend Pensionbee to anybody.....

Absolutely Outstanding!

The experience I have had with PensionBee has been outstanding at every stage. Outstanding ease of opening an account, with professional security measures. Outstanding options for different types of pensions. Outstanding updates and communications at every stage. Outstanding options for contributions. I cannot rate PensionBee highly enough, and would unequivocally recommend PensionBee to everyone.

The amount of time allocated for…

The amount of time allocated for transferring a pension from one provider to PensionBee is frankly dissapointing. One transfer is confirmed, bear in mind that you are going to wait for a another week for all information to be fully migrated into their system. And this without detailed explanation as to why the long wait. For a company who prides in helping people consolidate their pension from different provider with “ease”, this is not a good start.
