Oh dear looks like I’ve been scammed too. Only bought cos had a lovely lady advertising outfit. I presume they’ve used her profile How is this allowed??

Ordered item in March and have been asking for a refund since April when it never arrived

Ordered a short and jacket in March never received it asked for a refund omg the excuses where pathetic still no refund absulute SCAM

Oh dear if I had read the reviews I would not have ordered. Asked for a refund but no response. Item.looked so nice too.

Do not buy from this site!!! If only I had read the reviews first! I ordered an item and t the beginning of April, it arrived at the end of May! Terrible quality and too big, I have sent an email to their support email address for a return every day so since the delivery as their website says you only have 15 days to return! I have had one acknowledgment email and nothing else, there is no other means of contact! £30 down the drain! They are still advertising on social media! Shocking!

Terrible company and quality of clothes. Won't give me a refund! Do not buy from them.

I ordered a 2 piece set (shorts and blazer) which was £30.
Took weeks to come and when I emailed saying where my order was they replied (very quickly) saying its on its way.
When I eventually received it I was extremely disappointed.
The material is very thin and the blazer is far too big and not like the photo on the website at all. The quality is extremely poor for the price I paid.
So I emailed to ask for a return as on their website it says they accept returns as long as it’s still in the condition it was sent in and original packaging.
I have received no email back with a returns address.
So now I’m out of pocket by £30 stuck with items I will never wear.
AVOID at all cost !!!

Do not use absolutely terrible customer service and horrible product received. They won’t refund just play games with you offering 10% then 20% now 30% refund and offer you to keep the product which is only fit for the bin. I am trying to go through my bank now for a refund!

Terrible company a scam , took weeks to send the rubbish awful quality piece of material they called a dress, tried to ask to return - no communication and nowhere to send it back to.Brought off Facebook and I am so annoyed I did not read reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY (IF YOU COULD CALL IT A COMPANY). This is a scam from China passing of as a professional company with returns policy.

I ordered my clothing (green all in one) and it was very clear i had been scammed. The size was not as ordered, the sewing was all loose and very poorly made and the material was very cheap. I requested to have a refund and asked for their returns address in which they replied that it would cost me £25 to return with postage and said for me to give it to a friend and they would refund £5. Weeks on and many email exchanges with still no returns address I am still waiting on my refund. I just get a repeat that it will be refunded in 3-5 working days, its been weeks and still nothing. Their most recent excuse for no refund is they payment system isnt working (I bet the scammers are still accepting our hard earned money through their payment system for innocent people believing they are purchasing authentic quality products rather than some cheap knock offs made by Chinese people in some dirty warehouse in China!)

Likewise I’m appalled at the level of dishonesty this company has - they are thieves !!!! I ordered an outfit I saw on TikTok ( reported them to TikTok) and it never arrived but my account was debited . I have been chasing a refund for 2 months and would love to upload the nonsense they have been sending me. How can I pursue this legally ?

Absolutely disgusting company!!

This isn’t worthy of 1 star at all. This company is a scam. Unfortunately I did not read reviews before ordering and found the site on Tik Tok. They take your money and don’t send the clothing. They pretty much begged me not to cancel my order which was a red flag and kept offering me USD compensation - I live in the UK.
I am shocked they are still allowed to operate. My bank is now issuing my refund and I have reported this scam company.

bought a dress when it arrived ot was like a rag. Requested a return asked to send pictures which I did. They won't give a redund just started by offering 10%for me to keep their last offer is 60% refund or pay to send back at £20 cost to me. This means I would be totally out if pocket.
This company are a total scam and should be banned from trading

Do not buy from this company. I waited 6 weeks for my items and then when I wanted a refund on one of the items I was offered only 10% back. I emailed them every day and got them up to 50% and if I didn’t except that offer, I’d have pay $20 to return it.
I have now been waiting since the 9th of May for a refund. Emailing every day to chase them, to just be told it’s gone to a different department and they won’t be dealing with it. This company is a scam and have no intention on giving you a refund. Worse company ever.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Avoid this company at all costs - ordered a blouse nearly 8 weeks ago and still not arrived - have emailed them 6 times requesting a refund - they just keep saying 'be patient' it is being dealt with!!! That was three weeks ago & still no refund! I have to accept now that I've lost my money AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Never order a product from this store. He lies, waits patiently and after a month says he doesn't know anything, because the product has been delivered. Such a tactic for thieves.

Ordered a dress and one totally different and inferior arrived. Ordered weeks and weeks ago. A dress arrived eventually I I definitely would not have ordered. There currently doesn't see to be any way I cM get a refund.
