All leathers are naturally dyed and all textures are original: sauvage leather, printed chamois, grainy calf leather or washed lambskin all helped by elegant design and meticulous handcraft sum up to a unique product, safe from the passing of time and never outdated.

Abhorrent service
I had a very negative experience with this shop. I purchased a bag and decided to return it immediately. At first, the staff refused to provide a refund even though consumers law clearly states that they are obligated. Only after 24 hours of negotiations did they agree to reimburse me via bank transfer. However, more than a week later, I have still not received the payment and the transaction has not been cancelled even though I gave the bag back.
This lack of professionalism and failure to honor their own commitment is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this shop to others.
EDIT * European consumer law takes precedent over Italian law. Your answer shows a lot about who you are as a company, and the fact that after several months I'm still waiting for a refund even though I gave you the bag back on the same day tells me everything I need to know. Hopefully this prevents other people being scammed.

If you do have a receipt then send it to me because I have not been credited. That is not the law I was referring to by the way.

The law states we are obligated to refund only for ONLINE purchases. There is no such obligation in Italy for in-store purchases.
**EDIT: I suppose you refer to EU Law
DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2673 and that only refers to purchases at a distance (internet, phone, etc).
Anyways we sent the refund via bank transfer as per your request on Sept. 18th We have the bank receipt.

I have not yet received my parcel. GLS appear to be trying to deliver to the wrong address. They seem to have the address:
Via Cavour 203, Bardello.
This is incomplete.
My correct address, which you have on the order and invoice is:
Via Cavour 203, localita Malgesso, Bardello con Malgesso e Bregano.
There is more than one via Cavour.
I seems your shipping agent is too lazy to put in the full address.
Please will you advise the courier.
