I’ve had pelaa account for awhile and when I first played I won £2000 I was shocked and withdrawal was next day! Customer service is always friendly, there is only one thing unfortunately I haven’t been able to deposit as I’ve been waiting 4 months for my income to be verified but other than that customer service always updated me and I’m not worried about waiting. :)

i find this casino to be the worst in the Genesis global group i am not sure if the slots even have an rtp. in this casino you can spin 50 consecutive spins without return.some people on here are complaining how long its takes to get paid out by them. Withdrawal times a joke, 72 hours.
I have waited 72 hours still no approval of my pending withdrawals, so at about 48hours I decided to upload my documents, the reason I did this is Pella would NOT have contacted me otherwise to do this, this is a insidious attempt at slowing the process down more, so I sent them of before they tried this trick! I received and email back after this 72 hour window passed, and was told I would need to wait another 72hours for documents to be approved, the a FURTHER 72 hours AGAIN for pending withdrawals to be accepted,
This is underhanded behaviour and I can guarantee my perfectly fine documents will be refused, dragging this on more,

Please please be careful with this site

My reviews of peela.com are probably better than many others here.
But one after anonther.
Registered for about 2 months.
Previous deposits: 2-digit € range
Win around € 3000.

Bonus wagering requirements as in almost all casinos.

Verification took a bit (about 10-14 days) which was up to me and not pelaa.com. Everything was recognized right away, except for my identity card. And that was now, unfortunately, has expired for 2 weeks. So as I said, my mistake.
Now the account is fully verified and I have 2 pending withdrawal requests, both for almost 24 hours.

Contact with the support was only in English and by email. It takes between 30 minutes and 24 hours to get the answers. For me personally, completely fine.

All in all a good reputable online casino which has clear and understandable terms and conditions.

I deducted one star because although the possibility of live chat on the site suggests, you will never reach anyone. And I have really tried in all human and inhuman times. And the web interface that is used for verification may need some improvement. But this is my peronal opinion.

All in all, a really good casino that requires the player to strictly adhere to the terms and conditions but also adheres to them himself.

If the payout is now also instructed by the employees on the weekend, it would be full 5 stars.

And briefly, what many people complain about long waiting times. We have Corona everywhere and I think you should show a little understanding everywhere.

Hello together. I must update my review. Now it is the 24-06-2021 and my whitedrawl is still pending.
At the moment i have 3 Whitedrawls pending with full verified Account.
1. 2000€ since 19.06.2021
1.700 € since 20-06-2021
3. 200€ since 21-06-2021

All three whitedrawls are status "waiting for confirmation"

I asked the support whats up after 72h waiting. They write on their Page Whitedrawls will be confirmed after 24-72 h.

Answear: We have a high number of whitedrawls at the moment and it could take a bit longer. Now again 72h later I wrote email to support this morning and asked again. NO ANSWEAR TILL NOW!

If they dont answear and dont pay out my whitedrawl i will give an more exactly review including Screenshots of all emails, winnings, dates, time and so on. I hope they really only need more time and dont scam. But who knows? We just have to wait... GRRR :D

Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen da zwar die Möglichkeit des Livechat auf der Seite suggeriert wird man da aber nie jemanden erreicht. Und ich habe es wirklich zu allen menschlichen wie auch unmenschlichen Zeiten versucht. Und das Webinterface welches man zur Verifizierung benutzt bedarf vielleicht einiger Verbesserungen. Aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung.

Alles in allem ein wirklich gutes Casino das vom Spieler striktes Einhalten der AGBs fordert sich aber auch selbst daran hält.

Wenn die Auszahlungjetzt auch noch durch die Mitarbeiter auch am Wochenende angewiesen wird wären es volle 5Sterne.

Und kurz noch was da hierbei viele Leute über lange Wartezeiten meckern. Wir haben überall Corona und ich finde da sollte man überall ein bisschen Verständnis zeigen.

i signed up to this site a month or so ago due to seeing their company on a list of a youtubers affiliate casinos. I made a deposit and won £600, in which i have tried to withdraw. i done this on 22 may.....i tried to contact via live chat (which is just a bot thats no help), calling their 0800 number(which says theres noone available) and then email in which a week or 2 later get an email asking for documents to prove who i am. i sent these straight back and finally got an email on 7th june saying verification all done, if i have any withdrawls they will be processed now. 8 days later and my withdrawl is still pending?!?! I cannot believe the customer service as nearly been a full month!!!! Please let me know when i will be sent MY MONEY!

I played with this casino won around £400 which I withdrew. No issues other than slight delay. Then I win £1300 and after four days no money in my PayPal account. I contact there support but all I get is a bot as they have blocked my account due to me apparently asking for a self exclusion at some time in the past they took well over £1000 off me and when I get the win of £1300 then they decide its blocked. I am fine with account closing but I will fight all the way legally to get what I won. They can’t keep all the money I put in and my winnings. Clear breach or guidelines too as it offers you to cancel your withdrawal. All I want is what’s owed to me. They don’t answer any of your emails and you can’t go on live chat you just get a bot. I will go legal if this isn’t sorted out Pelaa. It’s not on. If I get my withdrawal then fair enough but at this stage they aren’t even replying to my emails. I will give it a couple of days after which I will be reporting this to the governing body and speaking to PayPal and also a solicitor. You can’t have my deposits and keep my winnings it’s not on. Do not ever play with this casino they are part of the Genesis global group and would seem they specialise in ripping people off. Let’s see what happens next. I will update this if I get anywhere but I think a solicitor is going to be the way forward. They lost there license once for doing this it will happen again if they carry on with people like this.

They have contacted me. It took me 21 days to get my money but they did pay it. They said it was a technical glitch on there side but clearly they are not following guidelines. I can say m outcome was good in the end but caused so much stress.

I have been waiting weeks for my withdrawal. I've emailed but no reply. No live chat, just a useless chat bot.
