One of the better ones.

I’m happy with this casino (and all the others in the same group). They don’t make things needlessly difficult, great selection of games, brilliant welcome bonus (with a bearable wagering requirement) and customer support is helpful and efficient. Withdrawals have been simple and within a reasonable timeframe. There are some really difficult casinos out there but my experience of this one has been very positive.

This site is absolutely terrible

This site is absolutely terrible. I am still having issues trying to withdraw my funds (now been going on for around a month) I signed up made deposits and withdrawals but then all of a sudden they wanted more verification (which I have provided) they then told me I needed to withdraw my funds through the card I originally used but it now does not give me an option to do this it only gives me options to withdraw through mastercard which is not the card I originally used so when I have tried to withdraw through this method it wont allow me. Customer service keep fobbing me off. I cannot even play with the funds (just to get rid of it and have done) as they have restricted it till I provide more verification (which I have) there is nothing more I can physically do to try and withdraw my money. Joke site. Leave well alone

Don’t bother

Don’t bother - bonuses don’t pay, spent a huge amount of money and had one bonus worth £46. Genuinely felt like the % return had been dropped to about 2% would never use gain it seems the system is stacked against you.

They are ignoring me

They have stopped replying to my emails.

I have a pending withdrawal of £1000 and they won't process it due to me not having the correct documents.

This would not be a problem usually, if they requested them before I could deposit any money, however they did not do this.

I have even made a successful withdrawal before they asked me for my ID.

They are now holding my £1000 until they have the docs.

This goes against Licence Condition 17 set by The Gambling Commission which states:

'A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier.'

We have had a few emails going back and forth, however, they seem to now be ignoring me (3 days since last contact).

On fully verified Mifinity personal account.
They keep asking for account ID although my account ID is my email.. I withdraw before without problem. This time they're not going to give the money! They even close my account...

I read all the reviews after I joined I made a withdrawel of £300 on the Thursday i got it Sunday. Its not a bad casino they seem friendly on chat and they didn't have me sending loads of document in back and forward for £300.. I suspect if you make a bigger withdrawel they will demand this but all casinos should ask this before you deposit because you can deposit thousands no questions asked then when win a decent amount you have to go through hoops to get winnings.. Also you can not reverse a withdrawel now its the law in the UK so don't get why they make you wait 2 or 3 days to get your winnings they can do it instant these days. The casino sent me a email with a deposit limit which is good and happy with so they do take care of there players.. over all if the casino did withdrawels quicker it would be a good casino.

I have been a member for a while but…

I have been a member for a while but not played so much recently. I had a small issue with a deposit bonus but just decided to play without no big concern. I haven't won until now made my withdrawal request will update as to how my experience went.

Update.. I really want to advise people when withdrawing please ensure you send in the correct documents they ask but it took me a few goes to provide the documents in the format they request. This slowed things down but was entirety my own fault. I read some reviews about deliberately delaying payouts this is not the case. Once I eventually sent correct documentation payout was the same day. I would recommend playing here. I would urge you to simply see for yourself as opposed to negative reviews I found the site to have great selection of games no snagging ratio of games seem fair and once verified payout was fast. I even received an email apologising about the hold up when in truth the hold up was down to me not supply the correct documents they asked for. Try for yourself..

My limit is £100 a month set by them…

My limit is £100 a month set by them not me to do with uk goverment regulations. ( having in mind my accounts been open for over 5 months) They let me deposit £300 and then restricted my account. They have now set my limit to zero. And tell me I have to wait for an email it's been days and heard nothing.
