The service from Peeko was brilliant

The service from Peeko was brilliant, however when delivers I didn’t get the delivery confirmation for an hour. All that time i had 96 mars bars sitting in a box in 34 degree heat. I’m not sure how you can resolve this sorry ! But delivery needs to improve, especially in extreme weather conditions sorry !

It’s like Christmas.

It’s like Christmas when my parcel arrives. Always enjoy unwrapping everything to remember what I ordered. Only one problem 😫. The box of white mice had broken open and the mice had roamed all over the cardboard box. Some were broken but I’m sure my grandsons will still eat them.

It’s all here….’One Stop Shop, delivered the next day’……

They do exactly what they propose to do……that being delivery the next day.
I ordered at 22:45 some greatly reduced ‘Purdeys’ and as advertised they promptly arrived the next day, in tip top condition and beautifully packed with pride…..
I will for sure be back……a great company, a pleasure and a business with pride and kindness which is an exception these days.

You did really well

You did really well. Royal Mail not so much. Why do they lie. Just email and say it’s going to have to be tomorrow instead of saying that they attempted a delivery and nobody was in. We have security cameras so we knew they hadn’t tried to deliver. But the value of the sweets was brilliant. My grandchildren are so happy.
