I can not recommend them enough! I had the pleasure of meeting one of their team, Cari, at B2B Marketing Expo, she was super attentive and supportive of what I needed. Despite the tight deadline, they came up with an amazing proposal to show to management. From the first time I contacted Peek & Poke after an online search till the trade show where we used the games, the experience was great! The customer service was super helpful, instructions easy to follow and the game we selected was AWESOME! A huge hit. We will definitely use Peek & Poke again.

This company was fantastic to work with! They have wonderful communication and availability - even across time zones. They answered every question we had very quickly. The platform itself is VERY user friendly, straightforward, and fun to use. Our campaign utilizing their advent calendar turned out super cute and simple for customer experience. 10/10 recommend.

Super easy to set up and with a great range of games and styles

The process of setting up and launching the game was really simple and any questions asked, were answered promptly. The game provided exactly what we needed which was a fun and personalised twist to our exhibition stand that allowed us to engage in conversations with prospects and capture data/leads. Only reason this didn't get 5 stars is that the game was slightly laggy even with an ethernet cable into the laptop. We will be using this for upcoming events whilst we have still got the license!

Peek & Poke games just work! Seamless onboarding process, easy for people to play, even with limited digital skills and the new improved dashboard reporting tools make it easy to create an end of campaign report. I work in the social housing sector and the games are really beneficial to use as an incentive to engagement. The team are all friendly and customer service is second to none! One of the Peek and Poke team recently asked me if I was looking at other competitor games and my answer was simple, NO! I look forward to creating our Christmas campaign.

Purchased a game for our 2022 Christmas campaign and it was a great success! The game is customizable so we were able to add our own logo and copy. Not only did our network enjoy it, but so did our own team! The process from purchase to launch was easy and several people subscribed to our marketing emails as a result. We will likely be returning to purchase another game again.

Chose the off the shelf roof top runner game, it was really easy to set up, and very entertaining. Proved to be a great success with our clients and would definitely use Peek & Poke, Pik Nik games again.

The game's packages are easy to set-up and use and the team are very supportive and quick to respond to any queries we might have have.

This is the first time I have used an online game as part of a marketing campaign and it was something I was really excited about, having worked in digital marketing for a number of years.

The support from Ahmad throughout the process was second to none. Answering my (many!) questions in a prompt and efficient manner, supporting our requests to change the name and game lockup to tie in with our campaign and being on hand whenever we needed him. Often these requests and emails go into a support ticket system and take time to be reviewed, however, Ahmad was on the end of the phone and email each time.

Onto the game and the product. Great to use, simple, step-by-step process to change in-game assets and copy. It's very straightforward to use and I liked the game preview feature so you can evaluate your amends. It's very satisfying to see the game take shape and come together.

I enjoyed the emails from the Peek and Poke team, with handy hints and tips. The tone of voice is humorous and helpful, not dry and boring!

Pressing the big red button to launch the game was very satisfying!

Would I recommend Ahmad and the Peek and Poke Team and products? 100% yes - I'm already thinking ahead to the next campaign which we can support with an online game.
