Great Quality Print

I just wanted to let you all know that my print just arrived and that I'm very impressed with the quality and resolution! It's definitely beyond my expectations and I will be printing with you all again soon! Great price and great customer service which updated me during a hold up in the printing process. I’m really disappointed :( my friends…

I’m really disappointed :( my friends have had good experience with peecho but mine wasn’t. I emailed twice and never heard back but I see that they reply to reviews on here so I’m hoping this issue can be solved. I paid a lot to have like 20 magazines printed, I made sure to size them correctly with the measurements provided on the site. I just received my order today and they look HORRIBLE, the images aren’t stretch to fit the page, they’re placed in the middle of the page with tons of white space on each page. It looks so bad, like something I could make at home for much less money. As a broke college student this is a huge bummer for me, this is a big loss and I’m not sure what to do. I wish they would have sent me a proof or something if there was an issue with my sizing, because this looks unacceptable. I am willing to edit my review if this issue is rectified but for now I am very disappointed.

EDIT: hi Peecho, I appreciate the response however I have looked through the spam inbox and regular inbox of both my email accounts and found nothing from anyone. I just sent another email to support @ peecho, it contains my phone number as well if this makes things easier. I’ve also included the images of the final result, I am really hoping we can come to some resolution here as I cannot afford to lose all this money and have customers waiting for their magazine. Please please let me know if you have seen my email, get back to me on here if there are any problems

I checked our support channels and see that my colleagues Paula and Alies have sent 2 responses to the ticket that you opened on July 23rd. The most recent response was last Wednesday and we have not heard from you since. Could it be that our emails are landing on your spam folder?
Regarding the quality issues, could you send a few photos of the prints to support@peecho.com along with the page numbers? Our team will compare those against the PDF that was uploaded for print, and provide the appropriate solution.

What an absolute gift!

If you're needing to work with a company that responds promptly to queries and calls for help, look no further! What an absolute gift in today's online easy-come, easy-go businesses! I felt cared for and well looked after with an actual live human emailing and helping me. Can't recommend them enough!

Happy with the quality!

Always satisfied with the quality! Excellent customer service that I've contacted in two occasions, and have been very responsive and nice. Very low threshold to start with, not a lot of technical knowledge about printing needed.

Using Peecho was the best choice I…

Using Peecho was the best choice I could have made, especially as someone using an online publisher for the first time. Marina from customer service guided me through the entire process, so that my final product was of optimal quality. I will definitely use Peecho again.

My first order of prints got lost and…

My first order of prints got lost and were not able to be tracked down. Peecho sprung into action and re-did the order and I have just received it. Was a bit worried about air cargo being diverted so really pleased seeing the second order waiting at home for me. Thanks Peecho for your excellent service. Dot Louie, New Zealand.

Too slow.

Although the quality of the printing was good, the wait was painful. Order placed mid May and arrived on June 17th. Unacceptable, and didn't even let me know it was delayed until I chased it up.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected to arrive. It was produced within 3 business days from what I see, hence the delay occurred during shipping. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, customers worldwide are reporting delays of 2-3 weeks at least. The shipments are being handled by external carriers and they do not send updates for each delayed shipment. Consequently, Peecho cannot know if an order is delayed unless a customer communicates this to us. I see that you did this on the 11th of June and received a same-day response from our team.
Please note that the shipping confirmation we sent to your inbox mentions the following:
"At this moment, there are no service interruptions due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but please be advised that we do expect that some orders might take longer than expected to produce and ship."
I am glad to hear that you are happy with the quality and hope it compensates a bit for the inconvenience for which I offer my apologies.

Paula Camargo...best customer service ever!

Printing, not so good yet. Delivery, not so good yet. But Paula Camargo’s customer service is the best I’ve ever received...ever! She has tracked my issues and communicated with me every step of the way. I still haven’t received my order but I’m not worried because I know that Paula will see this through. Paula should be teaching others how to present excellent customer service.

Update: my order just arrived and it is beautiful. Thank you.

They are excellent with costumer support and the products are GREAT quality as well

The people at Peecho are great. I had problem with my order after purchase and got help and fixed the problem.
The person i talked to was so great and sweet.

Great customer service

The print looks really nice and the quality is great. Moreover, the customer service is amazing! My package got lost by the postal service and Peecho told me they'd reprint my order and ship it to an alternative mailing address, even though the missing package was not their fault. Luckily the package was found and a reprint was not needed, but the people from customer service were really kind and helpful throughout the process.
