Cancelled the order a moment after it was placed. 24 hours later it was shipped in spite of cancellation.
I placed the order, and within the minute cancelled it as I realised the shipping costs would be too high. I received an email the following evening to say it had been shipped. In order to get a refund for the product (and not the shipping) I would have to post it back at my own cost. Not good enough in my books.
