PDSA to me seem to care more about your pets welfare and less about how much money they make from you. Going to a high street vet costs you more for a consultation and treatment. PDSA is a charitable organisation and should be helped more for pets that mean a lot to owners

This charity is amazing!
Twice now, they have been of great help, saving my pet’s life on one occasion.
PDSA provide quality veterinary care, with exceptional professionalism and empathy, for incredible value (or even for free!) for those in society who find themselves at a disadvantage.
It is difficult to overstate how important this is.
Veterinary care is an industry where there are sadly many commercial interests nowadays, more focused on profit than quality care, who suggest unnecessary procedures and charge eye-watering prices.
Meanwhile, many people who find themselves disabled struggle a great deal with the inadequate support provided by the government.
They find themselves isolated and lonely, and gain a great deal of comfort and reassurance from the constant presence of their pets.
Losing them would be devastating - and for many, when trying to live off £380 a month, taking on thousands of pounds in debt to pay for veterinary care is simply not an option.
For those in this situation, this charity is one of the few options available, and for me, they have come through every time, on the telephone, or in person.
If you have the resources and you’re a person who cares for animals and believes in the benefits they can have for their owners, I’d strongly suggest that you consider supporting this charity!
A big thank you to everyone at PDSA for all the help ❤️

These guys are really special
Not much left about the UK to be proud of, but libraries and the National PDSA are two of them
My dog is my life, literally my reason for getting out of bed
I couldnt manage my mental health without her
Knowing that if she falls sick or is injured, I can get her to the PDSA and her care is assured, regardless of my financial status, is priceless peace of mind
My girl Gu and I owe this group so much
Anyone reading testimonies to the PDSA please consider a one off donation or perhaps a gift in your will
Whats not to love about a group who sole remit is to provide free care and treatment to pets in crisis, whos owners are struggling.

The people at the PDSA don't like me because I speak my mind and they want to be in charge. They work for me (the public). When I phone up and they don't like what I say they hang up on me. I've told them I suffer from anxiety and depression and I'm likely to get irate but they don't care, they just ask for money, they couldn't care less about the animals. I was sitting in the waiting room the other day and one receptionist was peeping round her computer at me which is a disgrace to treat clients like that,I said, yeah I'm still waiting. The only person I have respect for is Maisie the vet I see,she is brilliant and she listens to what I have to say because I know my cat better than all of them. There are two receptionists there that if I was the boss they wouldn't have a job. They talk to you like something they have stepped in. 🤬
This is a fabulous organisation and without their care and diligence to look after our pets I doubt a lot of pets would survive, the care and dedication they give is amazing and all I can say is a big thank you for all they do.

Quick emergency advice, appointment the next day after speaking to a vet and then immediate treatment. Was sent home knowing everything he needed to recover.
