No delivery issues for me 😊

So relieved after reading PDN express reviews that are so negative to say that my order came as expected, little wait once it was out for delivery (4 days) but overall happy with my experience . My package was delivered correctly without issue. Thank you PDN Express!! No more worries and happy customer here 🙏🤗

This company isn't even worth 1 star they are terrible. I ordered a package and it has taken over a month and it hasnt been deliverd. Even worse you try and contact them and they dont even respond. This company need to be shut down.

Absolutely a terrible company

Absolutely a terrible company, I was waiting for shoes and an outfit for my daughter's interviews..so disappointing this company is, also the drivers make personal advances on you....
Just because I wouldn't be a part of the crap...they kept the parcel.🤬i received it 2weeks later, still i hope temu doesn't choose this company i won't want my package, its too late.

Somone needs to ban this companies operating licence

Idk how or why this company is still in business. I don't have to tell you my package got delivered or thrown onto the porch, it's a universal thing for this absolute joke of a company. what baffles me is that theres absolutely nothing I can do about it either, they won't reply to my message, they don't pick up calls, and I didn't even choose this company, AliExpress did. I gave it 1 star because I can't put it to negative.

Honestly? Just kinda terrible.

The package arrived in Canada on the 31st of December. It is January 13th and the package FINALLY was delivered today. The tracking information was terrible and uninformative. There was a notice it was out for delivery on the 10th of January. Given that it was delivered almost four days after I received the delivery notification I have to assume they walked it here? Would not willingly use this company for logistics.

Express is the Last Thing They Are!

This is the worst courier company ever. My package sat at the local warehouse for over three weeks. Ridiculous. I hope retailers stop using this company. I got my charges reversed, because this was supposed to be a Christmas present but came way too late. Hoping companies that use PDN Express lose enough money to find a new courier company.

Basically they just steal your stuff for themselves

If I could give less than one star I would. PDN Express was supposed to deliver two high value items from China. The items shipped to Canada within a week. Once PDN got their grubby hands on my stuff it took about 2 weeks to get to my city from the first location - now it's been sitting in a warehouse for 2 months.

PDN Express has not responded to any of my communication - or to the seller. The seller also gave me a hard time getting my money back so I had to go through my own bank.

Whoever runs this company deserves to get crop dusted. At this point they are basically just collecting people's packages criminally and keeping them.

Terrible service.

My package had been marked as “out for delivery” two days ago, and nothing happened. Today, at 6:32 PM, it was supposedly delivered, but the courier didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. Instead, he shoved the package into the mailbox in a completely irresponsible and careless way, leaving more than half of it exposed, which led directly to it being stolen.

Yes, my package was stolen because of the courier’s sheer incompetence and failure to perform a basic task like ringing a doorbell. In less than 10 minutes between the delivery update and me checking, all that was left were the plastic wrappings of my order.

This is absolutely unacceptable. The phone line doesn’t work, and the customer service is an absolute disgrace.

A parcel left on the sidewalk, in a doorway on the street. This is pathetic! Zero responsibility. I lost a lot of money. No contact with the courier or the company.

Item arrived locally Dec 24...has now been sitting with carrier and its Jan 4.
Sent them emails...no response.
Called their phone numbers: all you get is an automated replay that "this subscriber cannot receive voice mails at this time".
Almost seems like a scam; I had no choice as initial carrier selected these guys for the last-mile delivery and I'm betting its because they underbid everyone with their terrible service. Not sure I'll ever see my items

package left at door outside without ringing doorbell/knowing anyone at home

PDNExpress delivered my package and just left it at my door without ringing the doorbell. I only found out it had been delivered because I checked my mail and saw the notification. This is unacceptable — it leaves customers at risk of theft and weather damage. Basic courtesy and standard procedure would be to notify the customer in person. Extremely disappointed with this experience and their lack of care. I will avoid using PDNExpress in the future if possible.
