The service is not really helping. I was only need the service for only one time so I purchase the 1.95. But was so shocked when I got billed for $69. That is unacceptable. On the other hand the agent who helped me is really helpful.

The servicing agent is very helpful.

I was charged €29.50 after what I thought was a one-time use. The subscription was not clearly explained, which was frustrating.
However, after contacting support, they responded quickly, approved my refund, and cancelled the subscription without further issues.
So while the pricing model lacks transparency, customer service handled the situation professionally in the end.

I've had dealings with this company. Initially, it was my fault for not reading the subscription terms and conditions, and I had a bad impression of them. But with support, I easily resolved the issue without insisting. Excellent support, and the site's service does what it says. I would now recommend it.
