Everything overall is great and has always been great. This time I went for a pre built pc because I needed/wanted it ASAP as my other one was being given to my other half! Anyway, delivery was on time and totally fine. My only issue is the pre build has a wire sticking out slightly. So when the games download their cache or update etc. the fans go faster and hit this wire and makes an awful noise. Took the case off to look but everything is very tight and I can’t seem to figure out where the issue is. Due to it being more of a monster build compared to my last order, it’s harder to fix this issue. As I did have the same problem with my last pc. But was able to sort that no worries.other than that.. everything seems great. Thank you.

This was my first dealings with PC Specialist and i can not fault them. We wanted a pc case that they did not stock and when i messaged if it was ok to send the case we wanted straight from the supplier they were very helpful. They made a own build PC that i brought for my son for his 21st birthday and it was perfect. They answered any of my messages i asked them and kept us very informed, with links to view the build and at what point they were at all the way through. Its was very quickly built and tested to the highest standards possible and i cant fault them. My son absolutely loves his PC and it made him very happy for his birthday, so thank you PC Specialist. I would definately recommend these for anyones PC needs. Fantastic.

Excellent service and help when ordering my PC. Experts helped me in choosing components for my needs and build time was fairly quick. Updates throughout the process and everything is as expected.

They gave me great advice that even a beginner like me could understand. The PC came the next day as promised. We had a hitch putting it together and called customer support who were available immediately and sorted our problem out in 10 seconds. Other than that the PC was easy to set up and I was using it within half an hour. I was really impressed with the service and my PC

10/10 service they sent pictures of my build during the build process which i was very much pleased with and i even requested changes in my build and they sent me updated pictures. I am thrilled with my new PC. Thanks guys see you in another 10 years.

This was a super spec Render Rig and they did a great job of building it and making it clean.

Excellent customer support, especially when we were in the process of building the quote for an all white gaming pc. Directed us to their dedicated white build page. Arrived less then a week after ordered. Well packaged. Delivered safely.

Good website, easy to navigate and add or remove components to see a final spec. good catch-all at the end pointing out if something is not compatible or has been missed.
I used Gemini to tell it what uses the PC would be put to and asked this to recommend specs then went to PC Specialist website to choose components balancing cost with requirement. After attaining a spec I would then feed it back to Gemini and use its comments to iterate. After 10 attempts i finally ended up with a machine that suits my needs and so far is working very very well. Perhaps this is something you could integrate into your website.
other than that the build and delivery was really quick.
after unboxing i found a number of small plastic bags with cable ties and various brackets which it appears were superfluous. i was briefly worried that i had to do something with them but not, so maybe just not bother putting these in the box?

The construction went very fast, delivery was great, the computer runs like clockwork. It was very easy to put together with the guidebook I was given. It was also easy to put an extra SDD in it as the pictures in the guide book told me exactly where there is another slot for it. Overall a very good experience with the service. The shop was recommended to me by other people who were very happy with their purchase and I am too. Would definitely recommend to others.

I chose PC Specialist to replace an ageing gaming laptop with a desktop with a budget of around £1000

I used the web chat to discuss my PC before ordering, which helped to find the best option in my budget. It's very easy to use the tools to plan a PC but in the end I went for a pre-built PC which was discounted.

My monitor arrived the next day (a Saturday) and the PC the following day, well packed and with clear setup instructions. Communication from PC Specialist by email was very clear.

This is my 2nd device from PCS

I first purchased a desktop replacement laptop from PCS back in December 2019 and was delighted with the quality of the build - I had to RMA the machine due to the failure of some RAM modules that I had bought for me as a gift - but PCS were extremely quick and cordial in dealing with the issue & helped me secure replacement RAM from Corsair free of charge.

My new desktop & monitors arrived in pristine condition and very well packaged - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their pre-built systems as they are incredible value for money in todays RAM & Storage market

This is my third PC from PC Specialist now. The build quality and responsiveness of the team means I never need to look elsewhere. You could probably find every component a little cheaper if you spent hours looking round for it across numerous vendors. But it’s a premium service and so I’m very happy to pay a little more to have that piece of mind.

I ordered the Storm elite II, I received my pc the next day after ordering it. The PC runs exceptionally quietly whilst managing to achieve great performance on every game I have played since receiving it. Overall a very professional service and fantastic build quality.
