PCS legal handled our sale and property purchase and i have to say they were exceptional in every aspect of this.
At first living in Plymouth i was a tad sceptical about using a company such a distance away however those worries were very quickly eliminated.
Communication was superb precise and i felt very safe in their hands.
The commitment and dedication particularly from Rochelle was second to none
On completion day through other solicitors in the chain our completion was very late in the day , Rochelle called me saying she would
work until whenever to get us over the line and she did just that.
Service was personal , exceptional and we couldn’t have asked for more .
i would never use another solicitor for this service

First time buyers in the UK. PCS legal were assigned to us as we were unsure of a solicitor to use. I found Adam to be friendly, efficient and responsive to my requests. At times it was hard to get hold of him but he always returned my call or query promptly. Only downside was the portal is not kept up to date and once your paperwork is uploaded, it is pretty much rendered useless.

I found them to be very efficient , professional and approachable . They responded so timely to my emails and took time to explain what I needed to know .
Would recommend .

This is not a negative just a stressful experience as you can imagine with buying a house, I thought first time buyers were quick and easy, think we were naive going into this process, PSC legal were not the right fit for us but had already started the process and it was too much hassle to pull out, Veronica on Lauren Sweeneys team stressed us out more, gave us the wrong information multiple times, In the end we refused to talk to her, please review your staffing and level of competencies! It is like waiting for a life time to get any kind of response and multiple chases! We appointed them to act on our interest but we felt they did not have our backs and were not acting in our best interest! Communication was shocking, we paid a lot of money for this service and they failed at customer service and skill sets

Poor experience, glad it’s over

The staff at PCS Legal are excellent. They were always 'on the ball' and speedy in returning calls and emails. I would be happy to use them again. It's good that I could deal with one particular person throughout so they were up to date with any query I had. Thank you to Raja!

hile the general labours were dealt with effectively there were a few issues. Trainees are clearly not being properly supervised which led to mistakes that created unnecessary delays. Felt like dealing with a probate sale was not something they had much experience with. However, the job got done so generally okay.

I recently used PCS Legal for my property purchase and was pleased with the overall service. The team was professional, responsive, and kept the transaction moving throughout the process. Communication was generally clear, and they handled the legal aspects efficiently.

The only area that could have been better was cost transparency. The final legal fees were higher than the initial quotation, which was disappointing and made budgeting more difficult. While the additional charges may have been justified, I would have appreciated a clearer explanation of potential extra costs from the outset.
Overall, the transaction completed successfully, and I was satisfied with the service provided. I would consider using them again, particularly if fee estimates and possible additional charges were made clearer at the beginning.

I have used PCS on two occasions now and can not fault their attention to detail and speed in their responses compared to other solicitors i have used.
