I found the exact part I needed and whilst I did feel that both the part and the delivery costs were a bit high, it arrived earlier than promised and was easy to fit.

We do try to remain as competitive as possible when it comes to pricing, until March of this year we had not implemented any price increase for over 2-years. Hendersons were extremely helpful in finding and ordering correct parts for our old garage doors. They looked at our photos and decided correctly what we needed. The parts arrived in good time. Unfortunately they were unable to fix them for us but the part they played was the most difficult one. A well experienced company
